The Erotic Highway

The weirdest SA post I've seen

I consider all of us guys who enjoy sugar dating on a regular basis to be real winners.  The game of life is a tricky thing, but if you've learned how to attract and go to bed with lovely young women, you are a winner.  We all have our own individual skills, and approaches, but our success as SDs is it's own reward.

That said, I recently saw a post on SA with the picture of a rather handsome well dressed man in his late 30s.  He identified himself as female in order to show up to men browsing for SBs.  His profile explained that he was offering his services to help unsuccessful men find SBs to hook up with.  He claimed he could intercede on their behalf and train them to become successful SDs. He didn't mention money but obviously was going to charge men for his services.

This post violated SA's terms of use in many ways, so I reported him and the post was removed. But what annoyed me the most was that his post was based on the assumption that SA is actually populated by desperate, clueless losers who would actually need and want his services, and be easily victimized by a con artist like himself.  I certainly hope this is not a new type of recurring scam we see more of.  Just thought I'd share this with y'all.

Judging by the number of posters we have seen right here on this board who claim the Sugar world is just one giant waste of time and money because they never figured out how to do it properly, and if you REALLY want an example of just how clueless some men are, just look on GD for all the posts by guys who can't even figure out how to book a hooker without help.

That said, maybe you me and Herb could start an enterprise where we teach some of the more clueless guys how to successfully navigate the Sugar Bowl for a fee??? Lol. Nah, I don't need the money and it's more fun to do it right here for free. lol

I agree, it most definitely violates SA's terms and conditions and I will join you in reporting any such ads I happen to come across.

I remember when there were a bunch of web ads, books and even a TV show (on MTV?) from guys who claimed to be Pick Up Artists (PUA). They would conduct classes or offer paid videos for schlubs who had no game and actaully believed that some douche-bag Goth-boy with a single earing, lots of ink, and a flamboyant hat could teach them to get any women they desired.  This fad made use of terms like "negging," "backhanded compliment," and "peacocking" as the techniques needed to make a woman desire you. Mostly these PUA's taught guys to prey upon women with low self-esteem who were counter-intuitively hot.

In the TV show the pro would coach his students on a technique and then turn them loose in a bar (all on camera) to see how many could get a phone number.  And like any so-called reality show, it was totally staged. The women knew they were on camera, had to sign talent releases, and were probably coached by assistant producers on how to react to each guy.

This sounds like the same scheme under a Sugaring paint job.  Can't possibly pay off for him...

Besides, now that PaPa Sweet reported me and got my PUA profile deleted, I'll have to find a new way in... :p

Anybody here who pays for sex is considered a "loser" by the rest of society that doesn't.  Now ask me if I care what they think.

Or in front of their wives. I know a LOT of married guys who "claim" to have ZERO interest in hookers, in front of their wives that is. In private they live their lives vicariously through me. Unlike the rest of you, I don't hide my whore mongering from anyone, except of course from the various SB's I see. Somehow I make sure the subject never comes up. I have a "don't ask, don't tell" policy where it comes to SB's and monogamy.

Agree. My married, and actually unmarried, buddies are all in awe of (assuming they actually believe in) my "official count" of sex partners. I don't even try to keep a total for the 41 years I've been mongering, or the 29 countries I've visited and had sex. I just hint at partners within the last few months, or perhaps a year. Of course, for selected very close friends, I have pics, or text logs to back up my claims. The married guys chafe and you can almost see the cogs turning in their brains weighing the cost of a divorce settlement vs. the value of the pussy garden they could harvest.  The unmarried guys wish they had saved a few bucks along the way and invested it early instead of buying that Beemer they never needed every 2 years. What's the point of driving a $90k car if you can't get a 19 year old Asian spinner to give you road head in it?

I don't discuss the actual sugar nature of my "girlfriends" with everyone, of course. I have one best friend who knows all, and that is about my safety. He know what to tell the cops if I end up missing or wake up missing a kidney in an ice-filled bathtub in a Mexican Hotel and can't remember the last 48 hours.

Still most of my casual friends assume the younger women I date are in it, at least in part, for my money. That's ok with me because 1) it's true, and 2) refer to my 1st paragraph of this reply. :)  So I don't really care what friends or strangers think of me. By all the standards I care about, I am winning the game!

It's the fact that you can even remember them all. lol I have similar numbers to yours in that regard. I have gotten laid in "most" of the US states and around 30 countries, but one day I tried to add them all up I kind of lost track at around 25 or so. The problem is all those little Island Countries in the Caribbean. I've been to at least a dozen of them, but for the life of me I can't remember them all. Please keep in mind I drink a LOT more than you. lol

One of the beauties about mongering in foreign countries where it's legal and open is that you get to meet a lot more mongering buddies because EVERY guy in someplace like the Del Rey is there for the same reason. I most likely have more friends I only see in foreign countries who monger than I do in the states since I moved away from Atlanta several years ago. Atlanta was a great TER city back in the day, I had literally dozens of guys I met through the boards and M&Gs that would meet up for drinks and shit all the time back then. We would often meet at a couple of the local strip clubs and some of the providers would come meet us for drinks as well. Plus some of the girls were most DEFINITELY bi and they got off on the girls at the strip clubs every bit as much as us guys.

Here's my secret for remembering all my travel adventures: I collect shot glasses, one from every new city I visit, and another if I get some extra service while I'm there. Started this practice when I was about 21, so I sort of have a tangible travel log to help me remember. I keep all 474 (as of March, 2020, just before the lock downs) in a glass curio case in my living room. When a visitor to my home looks at the case, I tell them they are my travel collection... Then I just grin as they tell me how impressive my collection is...  Impressive, indeed!

But to your second point, opinions of sex work have gone through such a strange evolution around the globe in the last 10-20 years. In general, many countries have shifted from a "tolerance" position (like most of Europe)  to a "harm reduction" approach (like Canada).  The US has pockets of harm reduction movements, most notably in liberal states and cities like San Francisco, and other pockets of increasing draconian approaches in more conservative states. Examples include the seriously flawed FOSTA/SETSA acts and increasing local/federal LEO actions targeting "off the streets" acts.

I do not want to make this a political or legal discussion - wrong board.  But there has always been a public/private dichotomy in America about sex for pay.  Very few people, especially politicians or LEO's, are willing to stand up and demand decriminalization (and perhaps regulations to improve safety) of prostitution. Yet privately,  it's a $14 billion industry in the US (according to Wikipedia) serving as many as 1 million workers! That's pretty big business. And it wouldn't be so big if 10's or 100's of millions of Americans we not engaging them (no pun intended).

So to see a Governor blatantly biased against sex work - especially LEGAL sex work is disappointing, and I agree, legally actionable. The test is simple: Substitute the word CHURCH for BROTHEL in the Gov's shut down order, and see if that would fly unchallenged.  However, GaGa, I will suggest that despite recent election results, Nevada is not as blue or purple as you think. (Disclosure: I am about as liberal as one can get, at least socially, if not fiscally.)

I had the very same thought: we could write a book, create a fee based webinar series, offer one on one customized instruction for newbies, etc!  But like you I don't need the money and would rather spend my time with my SBs and occasionally offering advice for free right here!

Wherever there is a large amount of cash trading hands, there will always be someone trying to siphon off a bit for little to no value. The reality is that most guys (either thru SD’s especially or even pros) who are at it regularly are anything but desperate losers. Usually the exact opposite. It’s generally people who’ve achieved a decent level of success and understand that there time isn’t free. Like everything in life, it takes all kinds. Like so many other examples in life, guys will sit at a bar pouring down drinks with someone to get them to bed and they always say the same thing “I didn’t have to pay someone to sleep with me”. When I point out the fact that he spent several hours in a bar and that his time isn’t free, he usually gets the point. We all make choices with both our time and money and I realized a long time ago to stop worrying about others judgement on how I choose to live my life and where my $’s ultimately end up. We really have to plan that Vegas SD Advisory Board one of these days...
