All my SBs are 19 years old

So I didn't plan or expect it to be this way, but all my older playmates, say in their 20s, or 30s, have moved on.  And all three current ones are 19yo!  One is a hippie chick I've been dating since last April. She lives about a 2 hour drive from me.  So I don't see her that often but have another date planned for next Tuesday.  One is a tall skinny college chick I started dating this summer who is only 50 miles away via freeway, so I visit her as often as possible.  And my newest one lives right here in town!  Yay, finally! We just had our third date today. Moreover, she is one of the most drop dead cutest little angels I've ever seen.  Life as a SD is good.  Hope yours is going great too.

And my guess is that you're not giving them a "monthly or weekly" allowance, it's probably a pay per date, right?.
Again, just curious, that's all.

You goofy a**hole (meant in the most endearing manner),

I also look at the roster which you look at day-in-day-out and 24/7, so we both know that the talent range has not been on the uptick and in fact it looks to have shrunk considerably since I had joined up this merry-go-round in August 2016. I don't save anything like numbers, email, messages, yada yada but as I had previously alluded to I do benefit from a very sharp memory and I recognize that at least 10+ SBs whom I was communicating with have vanished from the site. SA has tremendous loss rate when it comes to SBs because it swings on both extremes of delusional SBs who are looking for 5K per month and also delusional SDs who are looking for a GF. Once you accept the basic fundamental that this is NOT real and it is just a vapor or a mirage if you will, you will be much better equipped to deal with break ups!

I have been reading a book by the great Tom Friedman titled "Thank You For Being Late" and although it has nothing to do with mongering for young p*ssy (LOL!), the underlying message is this, "sometimes to pause in a fast paced changing World to analyze and reflect can be a great thing for better understanding so to achieve further successes". I know that people like GaGa and those of a different political persuasion may scoff and laugh at me for reading Thomas Friedman and bringing up the subject on here, but I truly believe in stepping back and on serious reflection before getting all mired and getting all f*cked up blaming everything else, but the main source of the issue, i.e, YOU and YOURSELF!

SftD, the pool is now much shallower and since you have tried to tap everything that ever breathed on SA, you are now experiencing this attrition "bigly". Wait for 2017 as I will and it will be restocked with fresh supplies.

I hope there is not a downward trend in the pool.  There definitely are cycles--the impact of the school year, for example.  I expect that there may be SBs making New Years resolutions or having money problems after Christmas spending.  Hopefully, there will be a big uptick in January.

Not logging out does turn off some POT SBs but to the extent that they still like to play the field to have other options but pout when they discover that you also keep your options open. This method of not logging out can potentially backfire in the cases when you are hunting for that Unicorn, but it is not an insurmountable obstacle if you know how to reason and and to make the right offer.

Otherwise, "nothing ventured, nothing gained" is also a very true attitude. Just because I do things differently than you does not necessarily mean that I disagree with your methods. Clearly the POT SBs are on this site primarily to make some extra $$$$ for whatever their motivation reasons so almost everything else is just fluff. When their effort gets to be lackluster and their availability less frequent or from their perspective, your wallet gets tighter and you become less "generous", it is clearly time to pause or to just move on.

Agreed.   Technically speaking, it's seasonal rather than cyclical.

When the next economic downturn comes, there will be a cyclical shift.

I'm not foolish enough to claim that I understand women. Even though I've been trying all my life. I simply accept the fact
that there is a small percentage of very young women out there who think it's quite fine to be with a man my age. And many of them are on SA.  I will say that for a guy pushing 70 I'm in better than average shape, so that certainly helps. At least it helps me with my confidence level when I get naked with one of these young SBs.  As for allowances, nope, never. I always stay with a date-as-you-go payment plan.  I have a variety of ways to bring the girls around to accept this form of arrangement. And those that simply insist on an allowance, paid in advance of course, I simply let them go and move on. To be honest, I recently began an arrangement that was neither pay per date nor allowance, but something quite unusual. I'll post about it after I see whether it works out or not. But generally I agree with the majority here who recognize that allowances offer too many ways for the arrangement to turn sour.
