Thanks to all for the great advice.  I ended up not contacting her and she texted me asking if we were meeting that week.  I told her no and that I wasn't sure that I would be able to see her until after the holidays.  Her only response was "wow".  I don't think she ghosted on me, even though she "unfriended" me (not blocked) on FB.  I can still she her profile on SA, so maybe she is holding out until after the holidays to see what happens.  In the meantime I have not kept up my membership on SA...even though I am looking at profiles and will join back in Jan sometime.  I also have a couple of SB's (who am I kidding--they are pros) locally that I can see for only $200 and on pretty short notice.
