I am implementing a new SB rotation strategy this year.  It's not really driven by budget, though reviewing my total SB spend in 2025 revealed I went about 20% over plan.  Despite that, my primary motivation is to optimize my time with my #1 SB while adding flexibility and variety to my BCD experiences.  However, it looks like this new plan will ensure I do not go over budget in 2026, which is a plus I can appreciate.  

 
My new approach:  
FIRST:  I will keep my #1 on a bi-weekly schedule. She only asks for a modest allowance, and as a result I feel rather comfortable spending above our agreement on additional gifts and experiences with dollars I "saved" from the lower allowance.  This has the benefit of increasing her "satisfaction" with me (notwithstanding the satisfaction she presumably gets from my attention to her during BCD - thanks to my Rose Toy and a well-practiced tongue).  There are few things better in the Sugar World than an SB who really WANTS to fuck and get fucked by an experienced and enthusiastic SD.  

 
NEXT: For various reasons, the 2 other SB's that were on my A-List have either left me, or I let them go.  (Perhaps those stories will be told in a future post). In the alternating "empty week" when I am not seeing my #1 SB, I am going to look for "BCD Targets of Opportunity."  That means I will look to one or more of my backups to fill in the BCD schedule in the weeks I am not scheduled with my #1.  Those backups can come from many sources:  My SB B-List (which includes my Porn Stars), strippers I've got on "speed dial," local AAMP's (usually K-Orgs), perhaps former SB's who may want to reconnect, or any new service or individual opportunity that I may discover (like providers I find here on TER, or on more short-term Sugar sites like SDM or SLN).  

 
I'll let you know how this play out.  I may end up missing out on some amazing new SB's - a quick look at Seeking since 1/1/26 shows several new profiles that look very promising in my area. But I will favorite/bookmark them for now and leave my profile hidden until I need to start a new search.

New main SB.  We see each other almost every weekend.  She's happy with her allowance and the time together.  We are doing some overnights and planning a vacation this summer.  Although I need to have a sex chat with her.  Same position over and over again is getting boring.  Want to spice it up.  If she's down for it then we are good there.

My rotation is very similar.  I see my #1 SB on a biweekly schedule.  We've been doing this for nearly 2 years now. She's everything I could want in a SB: very reliable/dependable, very pretty and eager, DTF any way I want, very affordable, and for some unknown reason she seems to think I'm wonderful.

I'd love to have one more in my rotation to reliably fill in those alternating "empty weeks".  In the recent past, I've had as many as 3 regulars on a set schedule.  But, like you, for various reasons, that's not happening now.  Some have disappeared or quit our arrangements, some have gotten too busy for a regular schedule, etc.  So I am def looking for those BCD Targets of Opportunity to fill in those empty weeks, more due to the necessity of my current situation than for any intentional decision on my part to implement a new strategy.  

But it's challenging!  This week is a good case in point. Last week was an empty week, and try though I did, I was unable to arrange a date.  There's one very hot, eager cutie I've known since 2018.  She shows up every now and then and we always have a great time.  Turns out she's available this week, so of course I said yes.  But this week is also one where I'll be seeing my #1 SB, so 2 dates this week, none last week.  And so far, nothing definite for next week.

If I find another very reliable SB I will try to schedule with her to visit each of those alternate weeks.  That kind of dependability is very comfortable and very enjoyable for me.  Meantime, I'll enjoy #1 and fill in the rest of the time as best as I can.

I like the fact that you're open to adjusting your approach based on 'market dynamics' PLUS your discipline to approach this with a business mind. A good sound strategy is what keeps us in the game!

I know it seems counterintuitive for those of us looking to live the life... but in many cases a good consistent partner can be satisfying as you deepen the relationship and make the sex better. The key is to avoid the baggage that comes with conventional relationships where each of you 'owns' the other.
I have one consistent SB I see weekly and it's been great for the past few months. But neither of us are tied to each other and we are each free to pursue other options. Given the state of the industry (and Seeking) it's better to have one in hand than two in the bush (!) For now I fill the gaps with pros, mostly during travels.

I had 5 year SB that I think we both got tired of each other. She ghosted me. Have no idea why but I felt relieved.  My other was going on gof 7 months. My remaining A-List girl I see bi-weekly and has been amazing for the past 8 months and I hope she sticks around, but she's really young and hot. [25 - white - model] and I've come to realize they can disappear at any time for no logical reason and can re-appear the same way. It's a real lesson in non-attachment.  

 
I feel fortunate and grateful for the great sexual experiences from sugar in the past two years, though there have been some very difficult challenges that have affected me deeper than I realized. I think I just need to pull back for a while and recharge.

Been with my SB for 3 years. She's lovely, kind and fun and we are very compatible. Done some great trips with her. So always good times though we have tried just about everything BCD and now what? What is your vanilla dating age range? I ask because it seems a bit difficult to go from the youth of the sugar world to what might properly be called “age appropriate “

It's the nature of sugar dating that all arrangements end eventually.  

 
My longest arrangements have been around 4 years, but if I try to calculate the average duration it's probably around 8 to 15 months.  

 
So it's not much of a stretch to see that SB's and SD's time in the Sugar Bowl can have a limited duration as well.  It's understandable that after 3 years with your SB, you are getting a bit tired of the relationship.  As noted in past posts, one of the biggest advantages of sugaring is that break ups cost far less than divorce.  Only you can decide if the "juice is still worth the squeeze" with her.  Fortunately, there will be more fruit trees planted every day. And eventually those trees will yield better fruit than you see today.

Zippy, I am purposely seeking women around my age so 60+. Interestingly, I am not particularly interested in women much older than me. I've had 78/79 year-olds reach out to me but that's not gonna work. Though I could be wrong I can't imagine that age group rocking out at a concert, but I suppose there are always exceptions. As for being used to younger ladies (my current SB is 39) I'm just approaching this dating thing differently. It's more about companionship and true connection rather than a focus on BCD. Once I adjusted to having completely different expectations than I have had in the sugar world I have been fine with it.

Painfully true.  I've come close to buying a ring for 2 SBs now.  So, I've had success converting Sugar Relationships to real relationships.  At least for me.  But, I'm also open to becoming monogamous and not hooking up with tons of different women.  I like SBs more than escorts because I think sex gets better with companionship and time.  

However, I do have to understand some of these woman are less than half my age.  What I want and expect from a relationship is not what they do.  Why?  They haven't learned.  My last SB decided to end things with a nuclear fireball.  Now, she's either living with mom again or homeless or fucking some random strangers for rent money.  She has several collections accounts on her (they were calling me to collect) her car is about to be repossessed.  

What's the lesson learned here?  Young SBs are with us because it's exciting.   We can give them things guys their age wont.  Money, trips, dinners and better sex.  Let's be honest, we are far less selfish in bed than we were in our 20s.  But, when that becomes boring, few women really make the transition to appreciating the stability we can offer.  Took me far too long to realize that.  So now, I'm testing my new main SB.  See if she's only after the money and excitement or does she really want something long-term and stable.
