I deactivated my old profile and created a new profile on Seeking. I have filled out all the information but I still get the message: "Profile: 1 step left". I looked up the answer for an incomplete profile in the Help Center. It says I can click on the gray bar at the top of my profile and it will take me to the missing section. I don't see any gray bar. All the sections have a red checkmark so I have no idea what I am missing. Any idea? Thanks!
