Anyone read the “trafficking” stuff on SA?  Scary AF.

Not what you would think.  Examples that put you in Jeffrey Epstein/Matt Gaetz trouble:

1) You live on a boarder state, and pay for an Uber across state lines (possible federal charges)
2) She says she is 21, and really 17 (check the ID, SA age isn’t a defense .. I spoke to a lawyer)
3) She is a newby.  You could be prosecuted for “enticing “, aka turning out a prostitute
4) You ask her if she has friends (classical Epstein, you are a trafficker)
5) you introduce her to a friend (see #4)

This stuff is weird.  15 years for consensual sex?  FOSTA made shit real.  And laws misinterpreted.  I read several stories now of “self trafficking” resulting in significant time.

Keep in mind, solicitation of a prostitute is a misdemeanor with community service.
