Although Yay for your girlfriend! You must be doing something right, or else she wouldn't get so sopping wet! So let's see if I can get this right: you DON'T use a condom with your civvie and she uses ONLY spermicide. And the spermicide acts like a lube? My suggestion is to change whatever spermicide you both are using, unless you want to use a female condom, of course. But she may be resistant to that, so let's go with different spermicide.

Dunno which one you're using - the insert? The film? This is trial and error, it seems. Some may lubricate more than others. If she uses an insert such as Encare oval, it can be placed fairly high up in the vagina and won't shmear the entire vaginal canal upon contact. But maybe she gets so hot that it just melts and starts getting runny immediately? Perhaps the VCF film is better? Supposedly it doesn't run or stain, but maybe that doesn't apply to your girlfriend?

I will say this though - some women get so lubed up and relaxed naturally that even when there's no extra stuff in there, it can feel "loose" and frictionless for the male. When that happens, it's good to change positions. Perhaps doggie would be good in this case? Or put her on the kitchen sink and have her spread her legs while you're standing up?

Too much lube can be a big issue.  I don't know about the spermacide but the modern high tech lubes can reduce the friction to zero & yes, THEN I have trouble completeing...  especially when she gets tired &/or relaxes.
The positional suggestions were excellant, I've used them myself.  "Lazy doggy" can be tight & put the pressure where it needs to be.  Also the variation where the lady raised her ankles to your shoulders...  if you move the ankles to the same side or if she even crosses her ankles...  talk about tight!
