You are probably correct for $400, though I have gotten quite a few in $300 range in DC proper/vicinity. I don't like to go to M&Gs without a range stated initially. I don't mind giving a range of 300-400, 300-500, 400-500, depending on the TER level ahead of time. If she is dickering over nailing a specific #, I would avoid, she probably won't be that good in the sack. Unless you think she is worth it, say the higher numbers are for overnights or weekend trips (those will usually not happen). I've never had a POT bat an eye. By the time you are hitting specific #'s, she has met you, had an almost full M&G, sees you a normal behaved attractive gentleman. If she walks now, she gets nothing and will go back to the wilds of the bowl.
