Once I get to move to text I do a small investigation.  I google the phone and run it thru social media sites for hits. If they have their phone in their “about” page then it hits on FB.  I learn about them to be prepared for their likes.  It helps me close the deal  

I always do that. I primarily want to know two things: is she a pro and does she have a criminal record. Escort ads show up under their phone numbers. If I find their real names, I google that and sometimes find a criminal record. I just had one that was an escort with a criminal record of larceny and a couple of DUI’s.

I've also seen phone numbers that show up in FB comments. This is almost as good as if it is part of her FB About section as the number could be in the comment by her or a "friend" on an unrelated post.

In addition, I sometimes see the number show up in other contexts, like a craigslist ad to sell something (i.e.: Old furniture or garage sale), or it belongs to a business.  I have found POT SB's who are real estate agents, cosmetics sales persons (i.e.: Mary Kay) or who may be using a parents' phone.  One other type of hit you sometimes see is her name and/or number in some published .pdf or other online doc as part of a school or work project. I consider that confirmation gold when I see it, as long as it matches up with her "story."  When any of these happen I generally feel more reassured that she's legit, and probably newer to the sugar bowl as she hasn't yet learned all the techniques for sugaring "off the grid".

Of course, it also sometimes reveals dozens, hundreds and even thousands of escort ads. LOL.

The third possibility is that you get zero hits other then a general idea that her area code matches her current or past locations. I added a SB to my rotation last year that told me she moved to LA from Maryland in 2016. Her phone checked out as from Baltimore and I was later (after getting her last name) able to not only find her FB, but as it turns out her (legit) IMDB info as she is an aspiring actress with two TV show credits. Wish the sex was better with her as she is hella hot and only asks for reasonable sugar for her looks. But she's a little mechanical BCD.
