My SA account has been hacked and hijacked at least 5 times in the past 24 hours.  The first time, they also renewed the premium service and put me on auto renew with the card SA had on file for me.  I have not been able to get back into the account even though I click the "cancel this change" button.  Every time it asks me to change my password, I do and then I get some sort of "google authorization" that I've never used .  

Anyway, just a heads up.  You may wish to remove any cards you have on file with them.

If you can, have you checked your settings to ensure the hackers haven't also changed your email address?  That may be the cause of the "google" authorization crap...  

 
Have you tried to email SA support directly from your email system (not through the site) to report the issue?  

 
Nuclear Option: Ultimately, you can contact the bank that issued the card and dispute any unauthorized charges and to revoke authorization for any future charges from SA. Be sure to let them know that any earlier charges WERE authorized, so they don't chargeback funds that are not in dispute. This is not an illegal service, so your bank won't be concerned with how you use your card (as long as they get their fees).  But note that SA MAY decide to shut you down permanently if you do this, as they may feel the need to protect themselves from people who use their site and appear to be gaming the system by disputing charges after they connect to an SB.  

 
Last question: Did the crooks hook you up with any serious hotties? Just looking for the silver lining, as they say... :p

I had already contacted SA support and they were quick to act.  Within 24 hours my charges were reversed and they "deleted" my profile.  I received an email from them requiring a copy of a gov't issued ID with a pic that would match my pic on the profile.  Sent them a copy of my DL with all the numbers blanked out.  We will see.
