On SA -- curlyhaircutie4u -- Southern California (originally OC but now SD) -- calls herself Mia and texting from 281-908-2599. She immediately takes communication offline to texting, sends some pics that look somewhat like the profile, blocks you on SA, and then tells you "I deleted my profile because guys were being rude" and makes up a story about how she's an experienced SB and wants to start something after her sister leaves next week, but asks, "can you help me with some [$] today?"

I get several of these kind of attempted scams in my inbox each and every day.  

 
I know your intentions are good, but there are literally MILLIONS of POT SB profiles and a huge percentage of them are scams, with thousands of new ones being created every day. If every guy on this board spent every waking moment of every single day listing the scams we ran across we still wouldn't even scratch the surface, It's comparable to trying to drain a swamp using a teaspoon.

 
Not to mention these girls are not providers and posting what is very likely personal information about them is most likely against TER rules.

This is a slippery slope (pun not intended).  I have really enjoyed the information and communication this group has provided.  I would hate for it to go down the road of providing scam alters outing usernames, etc.  The next step will be providing reviews and confirmations of SBs.

... in a well-organized location-based board.  You don't need to pay a fee to view the data.  

 
But it occurs to me there is an opportunity here to flip your idea around for good effect.  

 
How about posting links to pro's and semi-pros (NOT UTR's or civilians) in your area? Provide their city (zip code?), BCD ask, and overall "score" (but not a full TER-style review) along with a link to their profile and phone.  Just a heads up that she's DTF and you recommend.  

 
We all must wade through scammers, it's unavoidable, and once you have some experience (read: you've been burned a few times) you can easily avoid them. But getting an arrow pointed to those who are a message and a few texts away from a M&G/BCD would help anyone in your area.  

 
So, if she tells you upfront she won't be exclusive, share Brother, share. Because...

You are absolutely correct Herb about another site that you have to pay for to get access to that info is out there.  I stay away from that site for my area.  I know it could be helpful and give insight into the easy pickin's but the info and attitudes I saw expressed irritated me.  It just confirmed the stories I hear from the women that I meet about the crude, rude, and misogynistic attitudes that a few bad apples have that make the bowl more difficult than it needs to be.  I truly enjoy meeting so many of these women and learning about their lives, backgrounds, and experiences not to mention the fun that ensues afterwards. lol.

Totally agree that the posters on "that" site are the worst actors in the sugar bowl.  I don't post there and never will. But I have mixed feelings about the utility and overall effect of that group and their posts.  First, I would dare say that with those guys pissing in the punch bowl as it were, it makes life even better for those of us who take the high road in meeting and treating POT SB's. Indeed, I would suggest that after tripping across one or more of these douche bags a POT will be absolutely delighted to meet one of us.  So for me, I use the attitudes expressed in those posts as a sort of "South Star" of the sugar world. Whatever these guys say is the exact opposite direction of how I move forward.  

 
On a lesser note, it's sometimes interesting to see if any of the scammers or GPS SB's I've seen show up there.  

 
So, that board exists and it's not going away. I'll take any insight I can get into the mind of an SB and the minds of the a-holes who refuse to treat them like anything other than street whores.  

 
And as to your comment about SB reviews, again I agree that's a "hell no." It's been discussed here before and I believe the consensus remains consistently "No." My suggested is a carve out from that in where I ponder the value of a single "score" or just a thumbs up/thumbs down" specifically and exclusively for pro's and maybe semi-pros in the sugar bowl.  I note that all of the baggage around reviews on hookers that fills the other boards here might attach to my suggestion as well.  So my question is:  what's the feedback from all of you SD's?

The LAST thing we want is to be "outing" SB's as hookers on TER. It not only puts them at risk for getting kicked off of SA it puts SA and all the other Sugar Sites in danger of getting shut down by providing evidence that prostitution is not only happening on those sites, but that it's being documented on a prostitution review site like TER.

 
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT mention any SB's or POT SB's here with any reference to the fact that they are pro's or semi pros with links to their sugar profile.  

 
I am going to go on record  (I feel this strongly about this) if anyone starts posting links to an SB's profile implying, or stating outright that she is a hooker along with her contact information I will do my level best to get that person kicked off of TER for outing her.  This is serious folks, Don't fuck up a good thing. NOTHING good is going to come from outing SB's as hookers on a public board like TER.

Yeah, figured you'd feel that way....  

 
To be clear, I don't favor that idea either. But I think it's useful to pull this topic out from under a rock once in a while just to ensure we stay aligned on the idea of what a bad idea this is.  I've been lamenting that far too many "casual" posters here have a short memory for critical topics.  

 
So thank you for drilling into the (entirely appropriate) down side of that idea.
