I'm not sure if you handle these questions, so I apologize if I'm out of line on this board, but I noticed recently I have what look like white zits on my privates. Well, not on the shaft itself, but around the area (the scrotum and the meaty part leading there).
I thought "Chlamydia", but I always use a cover for penetration (I have gotten BBBJ though) and got tested in April and came back clean for Chlamydia (and everything else). I shave down there and wondered if shaving could cause an irritation like that or if there was something else benign as an explanation?

That isn't chlamydia, IMHO.  Like you said, it is probably zits.

Let's prequalify this, Not Ba-a-a-a-a-a-d,
I am not a physician, so please make an appointment with your primary care doc or a dermatologist for accuracy. However:

What you describe sounds like impacted follicles from shaving. There is a product out there called Tend-Skin. You moisten a cotton pad and apply. It will help unclog your pores and prevent the hair follicles from getting impacted.

Still, go see a dermie for safety, particularly if it doesn't go away,

Sweetpea, you need to go and see your doctor. Straight to the point.

This is my home remedy for those pesky ingrown hairs and pimples you get from shaving.

Prior to shaving take some epsom salt and mix it with olive oil or almond oil. Rub it vigorously on your "area". I always use a wet loofah as well.

After doing this completely rinse the area and your hands as well as the loofah or sponge. Then shave using your favorite shaving cream or soap. I use Aveeno.

Last but not least I make a mixture of brown sugar, white sugar and essential oils (almond oil, lavender and vanilla) and exfoliate the skin when I am through.

I rarely if ever get ingrown hair and my skin is literally as soft as a baby's plus it really does  taste just like sugar. People forget that our skin absorbs whatever we put on it.

Good luck and hope that helps.

Wow!  Sounds like a great salad dressing!!!

Mouth watering,..yummy.  Where would one be able to locate this dish?

Son,

what you describe could be something more than an ingrown hair. From my experience, infection from ingrown hairs or shaving usually clears up in a couple days. If it persists, I would head to the doctor.
Although, wrpping it up it very affective, remember it is not 100% against everything. The symptoms you are describing sound like an issue we had in my area a while back. A new girl moved into the area and started working for a local agency that did not screen her. She was spreading genital warts to everyone who saw her. They start out looking like a pimple and are spread through direct contact. I heard of guys having them on the scrotum, ass, around the shaft. basically anywhere the condom didnt cover. The doctor has to remove them by burning them off. not as bad as it sounds if you catch it early, but if you wait, they can spread and leave you in a real mess. If they don't clear up on thier own after a few day, I would make an appointment.
I have attached a link you should look at.
