Hi,
A month after having sex with a provider with a condom, I got itchy balls and I noticed some black spots on testicles/inner thighs about this size "  o  ", its been itchy for a month know, lotrimin cream helps a bit.

It would be out of the scope of my practice to answer this question with absolute certainty. Your description fits one of a fungal infection, but you'll need to see a dermatologist for a prescription stronger than Lotrimin. And to rule out any STD, of course.

If you look closely are they moving? Could be crabs, but you would be itchy in the pubic area as well. Definitely go to your doctor on this one.
