The vagina is basically a muscle which relaxes and contracts TEMPORARILY depending on hormonal conditions, sexual arousal or distention by force. Sometimes the pelvic floor has been slightly relaxed by damage during vaginal childbirth, meaning an entire body of a newborn has passed through and some relaxation of ligaments and pelvic floor muscles has occurred (the pelvic floor is what holds the vagina in place, among other things.) For a penis to do that kind of damage is physically impossible, no matter how many times a woman has intercourse.

Now, some vaginas expand slightly due to sexual excitation, which may feel looser than a vagina of a woman who is not sexually excited at all. In addition, some women get so aroused that they lubricate profusely, which can feel like a "looser vagina" to some men.

Although not always I have found a correlation between smaller women and tighter pussies.  Is this accurate?  Do small women have shallower vaginas?  I have seen very fit medium framed women that feel kind of sloppy.  Is there a correlation between a woman's frame type and wall tightness?  Can child birth stretching be overcome from kegel exercises?

It may be due to soreness or discomfort but it's just too much.  This results in a complete lack of friction or, for lack of a better word, traction during intercourse.

Ignore the impact of childbirth for now. We know that dicks come in all shapes and sizes. Why wouldn't we also expect that pussies would come in different "sizes" as well?

It almost seems that you are trying to avoid saying that pussies can come in different sizes. You couched the discussion in terms of "amount of lube" and then jumped to "childbirth" being the major factor in apparent pussy tightness.

I'm not making any assumptions that "smaller girls have tighter pussies," or anything like that. But given the wide variety of everything else we see in the human body, wouldn't we also expect to see a variety in pussy size? Absent of childbirth, or amount of lube, why is it taboo to say that some women might indeed have larger pussies than others? And that a larger pussy might manifest as feeling less tight?

It amazes me how us Johns get all emotional about a working woman who has a loose or tight pussy. If her pussy is really loose, fuck her harder. That determines how mmany years or decades she's been working. If she's tight, good for her. that won't last long.
