I am not a smoker.  I tried cigarettes in high school and never went back. I also tried weed in high school and never got high, so I left that behind as well. I even went through a cigar phase in my 30's but I got tired of the smoke stinking up my place.  

 
My Seeking filters are set for non-smokers. I don't want to deal with it, the breath, the ashes, the dead butts, and the rest.  However, some of my past (and current) SB's are/were vapers, either with or without weed.  And occasionally an SB will lie on her profile but thankfully, will not smoke around me or in my home.  But it seems that almost every girl (under 40) vapes today while they say they do not smoke (tobacco).  

 
Vaping really doesn't bother me much, with the slight annoyance of occasionally finding the cartridges or device left at my place, requiring me to save them for our next date (and hide them when a different SB is coming to my place).  If she needs to toke a bit of weed to have a good time BCD with (fat, ugly, old) me, I am enough of a pragmatist not to mind. I have more than once been asked by my date to stop at a Weed store on our way somewhere so she can buy vape supplies. No problem, and here's $20 to help cover the cost. (I have NO IDEA if that it too little, too much, or spot on. LOL)  

 
But once in a while I add the light-smokers to my search.  And wow! There are some excellent POT's around that I have missed.  I'd still prefer to avoid smokers but given the ongoing challenges we all face in finding a new POT, I may need to permanently include light smokers in my search and then add some discussion during the M&G about how to deal with it.  

 
Two topics for discussion:  

 
1. Do you use any smoking filters in your search? If you do, which ones?  If you also smoke, do you inform/discuss with a POT prior to (or during a) meeting?  

 
2. Do you care if she vapes? Do you vape? With or without weed? Would you like to see a Vaping filter added?

I much prefer to interact with non smokers.  That said, I don't filter them out, due to the low numbers of POTs in my area.  But I do read their profiles and take note of whether they smoke or not.  She'd have to look like a 10 to get my attention if she's heavy smoker.  I recall dating one girl who was so foul tasting that I couyldn't get the taste out of my mouth for many hours!  Yuck.

Light smokers are ok, depending on what light means, and if she'll refrain before our date.  And vaping doesn't seem to make them taste and smell bad the way tobacco does.  But I insist vaping be done outdoors.

I can't stand smoking in any form, including vaping, so I only search on non-smokers. But as our resident feline has stated, many/most SBs seem to interpret non-smoking as only apply to tobacco, and not weed. I dated multiple SBs who I had to terminate due to their weed habits.  

It is not just that I personally dislike the smell, it is a security issue. Weed tends to permeate clothing and get on one's skin, and the odor is hard to eliminate. Definite security hazard with SO.

One SB I had to terminate with great reluctance was an 18 yo, D-cup white gal in the army. Great personality and loved the dick. While she didn't smoke or vape in my presence, she used the stuff so much that you could smell it all over her body, and taste from her skin and in her pussy juices. Miss her though!

I don't filter for smoking, though I used to. I've found non-smokers that smoke and smokers that didn't smoke at all, so the filters aren't  reliable. If a SB smokes or vapes I ask she do it prior to meets or wait till afterwards, I do not want to smell it or taste it, weed or tobacco. If it becomes an issue, I'll talk to her about it and if she doesn't correct it, she gets gently replaced. So far in the two years I've been sugaring I've found most do not smoke at all, but most of my SB's have been in their late 20's to early 40's.
