It's An Instant "NO" Dating App RED FLAGS According to Women

Meet "The Silver Batchelor."  This guy runs an older men dating advice channel on YouTube. He says his past experiences include sugar dating.

In this vid he lists several things guys should never do with their dating app profiles.  So slightly different context versus a SD profile, but IME, he's generally right on point.

It's a 10-minute watch and I think time well spent.  What do you all think?  Is he onto something?

I think he's right on for the most part.  Especially pointing out that pictures of dead animals (hunting) are a huge red flag/turnoff for women.  And I def agree that you need a variety of photos, not all head shots, at least one that shows your entire body. Some of his other comments are more debatable.  There's nothing wrong with pics showing you wearing shades, or baseball caps, as long as you also have pics showing your smile and your eyes. Otoh, here's my #1 suggestion for what you DO want to put in your profile:  pictures of you with cute animals!  Women love that!  I think my cats have gotten me laid more often than anything else in my profile!

Agree on the pet pics! In my profile text, I even ironically call out that I have a pic with my cat.  If your POT is Team Cat, it's instant credibility.

Just had my new Asian SB head home after several reciprocal O's (Thank you, Rose Toy!).  She's not too interested in my texts between dates - which is reasonable - but she often asks me to send a pic of the kitties.  I think she's going to dress up as a sexy cat for me on our next date.  Good thing I have an ample supply of catnip and I might search Amazon for a human-sized cat collar and leash. Meow.

Maybe the don't show your car off.  For SBs that may be a decent idea.  In the end, girls want to know you are stable.

I will give minor push back on the no ball caps.  If you are at a stadium show off your team.  Saying I'm a baseball fan is not a red flag.  Or, if you play in a league, showing you in uniform is not a bad idea.  I would not do it because it gives everyone out there info on you.  Don't need some crazy you decided to pass on showing up at your game

...shirtless in tight gym shorts.

Seems to be running 3 to 1 in favor, altho one SB said she was shocked by such a photo   lol.

At my age, I need all the help I can get and I"m quite proud of the abs, etc.

I'm always dubious of these dating gurus and this one is no exception. His suggestions are obvious to me, having been in the dating game so long I've heard it all it seems. But I think many guys don't have a clue so his advice could be helpful to many. I don't think I've ever made any of the mistakes he's pointed out here, even when I was just getting started. Still, even with decent game it's an uphill struggle. Perhaps I am setting the bar too high but finding and keeping super hot attractive women in the sugar world is difficult at best.

Went 0 for 2 on the first 2.
