Her screen name on SA is Expensive Sarah (red flag anyone?) from Chapel Hill NC.  Her lead picture is way more explicit than I would have thought SA allowed, but there she is, spread eagled in (nearly) all her glory. For research purposes I zoomed in and can report that certain details are visible. I'm surprised they allowed her to post this.

Not to ignore your point about pics that are way too explicit, but a quick reverse image search of her other pics leads to some Facebook accounts and one of them is a woman living in France (Her phone number begins with country code +33).  

 
So, and we all know this, if it looks too good to be true - even if "it" is a tasty looking vulva or labia - it probably is.
