I have a problem that probably a lot of men would envy. A lot of men have erectile dysfunction (ED). I have the opposite problem, delayed ejaculation (DE). I can maintain an erection, but I can't come. I've had sex for a hour, and still have an erection, but no orgasm. Usually, my penis is numb and I'm not feeling anything, so I doubt any more would actually cause me to climax. This is definitely abnormal since I believe that most men come after a few minutes. Oral sex doesn't do anything for me either. I can easily come in a few minutes after masturbation.

One woman suggested to me that my problem is from having a small penis so every woman feels loose to me. I can come through masturbation because my hands have a tight grip.
