How many have you had? Is it possible that you just happened to get ladies who are a bit "rough?" Circumsized guys are more sensitive, so I'm sure that's part of it. Next time, try explaining to the provider about your sensitivity and tell her to be more gentle.

You are a sensitive guy in the right place! Yes, the provider who told you knows her stuff: the fact that your penis is 'intact' definitely does have something to do with it. In addition, the majority of uncircumcized men do not need lotion or lubricant for masturbation - Mother Nature has wisely equipped them with plenty of natural, excitatory lubricant under the foreskin.

Now, as to what you should do: Since most men in this country appear to be circumcized, most ladies have accommodated their sucking/manipulating technique to this situation. Hence, there may have to be some behavioral adjustment on the part of the provider(s). There are desensitizing creams, but I wouldn't advise to put them on a glans penis that hasn't been routinely exposed to the elements. You could experience numbness, but also significant irritation from the chemicals.

As to technique, more tongue flicking and less 'vacuuming' may be in order. In addition, the lady needs to make use of your self-lubricating foreskin; by GENTLY manipulating the foreskin up and down with only two fingers lightly applied to the shaft, while inserting her tongue between the shaft and the foreskin - VERY GENTLY - she could flick her tongue up and down your frenulum in a repeated motion. The problem is that with a circumcized penis, it's easy to treat it like a sausage and chomp away - in fact, if the "chomping" is done right, it can send a guy into pure BJ-nirvana. But an intact penis needs FEATHERLIGHT TREATMENT!

Now, as to explaining this without sounding patronizing or too didactic in the heat of the moment, well, that could be tricky. You may have to search for the right lady. I'm always an advocate of the experienced ones, so a "mature," 35+ lady with some expertise in European and/or South Indian (rarely circumcized) penises may be able to help. Clearly, there are zillions of intact men in Europe who are getting their salamis treated every day, without ill effects, so in this case, training and conditioning is a better bet than dubious chemicals.
