So I logged in to Seeking this afternoon and discovered that my entire inbox was empty, but also I can’t view any of the content of profiles. Does anybody else experiencing this? Just showing me the tagline and height, but no content for the about me or what I’m seeking portions of the profile. Also, after about 10 seconds, it then says this profile can no longer be viewed… Anybody else experiencing this? Did Seeking get hacked?

Yes, I’ve been trying today too.  I’m been getting the spinning wheel of doom  I just found a POT on tinder too and have been talking to her there.  

I have logged in a few times today with no problem.  

 
My first thoughts are:
1. Messages get dropped after 6 months. Are you looking for message less than 6 months old that have disappeared?  
2. Is your premium membership paid up?  
3. Since the site appears to be working normally for me (and I presume others) this sounds like a browser issue on your device (phone, laptop, pad, etc.). Can you try clearing your cache, logging out and back on to the site, or using a different browser, and even a different device?
4. Last resort is to ask Seeking customer service for help.

Working Fine For Me... but the flakes and fakes are still there.

Back to normal now. I didn’t do anything other than waiting a few hours so it was a problem on their end.

So after a six month hiatus, I am trying to create a new Seeking profile and it’s requiring a biometric selfie verification. However, it does not seem to actually function properly. The camera does not seem to connect. It just shows a black oval. I tried refreshing several times. Any tips?

Are you using the app or some type of private browsing?  You may have to turn off private browsing, incognito, etc or go into your settings to allow access to the camera
