Hello gents, has anyone upgraded their SA account recently?  I've previously used pre-paid debit cards by emailing customer service (per the FAQ), but this time the card rejected the transaction.  Anyone have recent success this way?  Please PM me.

First some background: This is my first post on here in years after hearing about the debacle with the new laws and growing frustration with SA's changing business model.  I've experienced quite a bit of success on SA since joining three years ago.  So much so, that I drifted away from TER altogether.  As has been mentioned in a ton of previous posts, there are pros and cons to SA and its all what you're willing to put up with and looking for.  I found one SB that I've seen regularly for 2.5 years.  She's a 9 with a wide open menu and we have an incredible connection.  But I also like variety which is why I always look to add to my SB options with the hope of finding another alternative.  

Up until this month, I paid SA monthly via prepaid visa card.  If I got tired of it or had several POT Sb's to pursue, I let it expire for a while and just rejoined when i was ready.  Now they've changed their membership structure so a 30 day membership is a recurring charge (and presumably a prepaid card for the monthly amount would not work) or you can choose the 3 month membership which is one time (where a prepaid card will work but at 3x the cost).  I have to believe this is going to negatively impact their business with this model but I guess we'll see-it certainly doesn't make it easier for SD's in my position-and I'm sure I'm like most other SD's on SA.  If one were to assume that most men on SA are trying to play outside of an existing relationship (which I hear is the case from most SB's I meet), then why would they make it harder for us to participate?  The 3x cost is not the main issue for me but I'm sure it is a consideration for many.  My issue is that I often will go weeks without logging onto the site because I have my hands full sorting out the POT SB's I've connected with.  I would rather go month to month but again, I need to be discreet, cant have a paper trail, etc.  I'm very disappointed with these changes-I cant believe these times we're living in.

GG, did you ever get a response to your question via PM?  I wonder if anyone has tried using the prepaid card for the 30 day option and if that might work?  I only have a basic membership here now but would appreciate anyone else's experience here.
