Needed to sound this off of you SA experts.  I contacted a "19 year old college" POT SB who responded 2 days later.  She wanted to see me BCD that day, I mean right away.  I asked her what her limits were, if any, and she responded that nothing was off limits.  She was willing to do Greek and BBFS.  Thinking this was too good to be true, I figured she'd ask for a king's ransom.  She only wanted $150.  Now I knew for sure this was too good to be true.  I got really suspicious and thought this might be a set up, either by LE or to be robbed.  I asked her for a pic of her student ID with her name and info covered up and she refused.  I'd say she was like a 6-6.5 on the TER scale, thin to average body.  Was I wrong to be suspicious?

...move on...

Just insist on a pre-meet at a neutral location, like a mall or restaurant.   If she won't do that, i won't consider it.

Did you complete all the possible vetting tasks for her?

1. Reverse image search her pics on Google
2. Search her phone number (and email if you have it) on Google and Facebook, and BP while you're at it
- Advanced: try searching her number plus city, 1st name or school name as well. Use a comma or plus sign "+" between search terms. That can sometimes bring results you wont see with just the number.  
3. Verify that her college is actually near her location (if she says she's attending Arizona State but lives in Las Vegas)
4. Slip a few "pro" acronyms into your chat and see how she responds (p4p, BB, or incall).

If any of these look bad, pass. If not, I agree with a previous post; meet her at a Starbucks or fast food place a few minutes away from your BCD location first. Tell her to meet you there then see who shows up.

Also, if she's desperate to see you today, she will still be desperate tomorrow. Control the schedule and tell her you are booked up today (after all you are far too busy negotiating million dollar deals on the global markets to drop everything for a little side trim, right?) but you can hold a time open tomorrow.  If she comes back with "ok, but can you send me the $150 now? I'm going to be kicked out of my room/school/car/whatever if I can't pay today." Then block and bail. She's a scammer.

Searched her pics and number on Google but nothing came back.  She said she lives alone in Lincoln Park, which is near the school she listed on her profile.  However, a 1 bedroom apt in LP costs at least $1K/month so that was a little suspicious that she said she lived alone.

This fails the common sense test big time.  A woman who doesn't know you offers unprotected sex and Greek.  Doesn't matter that her price is low, and it wouldn't matter if her price were high, this is a big NO!  Doesn't matter that she is a TER 6 or if she were a TER 10+, you should always meet every Pot SB at a neutral site in public.  That is the only way to determine where she exists on the normal to BSC spectrum.

although yes, in general I think it's a nearly mandatory way to check them out in advance.  I've had a few who insisted on going direct to BCD show up and be quite a bit chubbier than expected.  But WTF I screwed them anyway, I'm such a slut.  But three in my current rotation insisted on going straight to BCD  and turned out to be seriously cute!  One is a little 19yo local girl, just gettin by, workin in a strip club and says I'm the nicest guy she's dated.  One is a blonde hottie who turned out to be a sexual dynamo in bed and told me I surprised and impressed her with my stamina (I'm 70yo) And the third turned out to be a drop dead beauty who simply did not want to risk being recognized anywhere in public. She dates me regularly and seems to prefer my company.  So yeah, eliminating the coffee date can work out great.
