I have PE problem. After penetration, at around 5 stokes, cum within 30 seconds.
I have hypertension problem, BP at 140/95 and cholesterol at 205. I suspect drugs cause my PE problem. I complained to my Dr and have tried different kind of BP drugs, such as Diuretic, Beta blocker, Calcium blocker, Zocor, etc. Can you recommend what I can do to get in longer time.

I do believe drugs are the culprit(s) here. Maybe try to engage in bits and pieces of the classical Masters and Johnson technique: female superior, no thrusting, she just sits there and grinds on you, while you lie there enjoying..then, before you start pumping, she hops off and does something else, like sit on your face. Then up and on the stick, and then kaboom.

Unfortunately, BP drugs can really do a number on PE. I am not a physician, so I can't really recommend anything other than mechanical ideas. Do see earlier threads on this forum, there have been a few regarding PE, though.

I would often masturbate just before seeing a provider in hopes of lasting longer, but that tended to cut down on the overall enjoyment.  (It's like eating before you go out to a restaurant.)

In any case, what I did was to practice masturbating and ceasing activity just as I was approaching the point of no return.  I would wait one, two or more minutes and then slowly work myself up again and hold off.

I would repeat this procedure about seven to ten times so that the whole exercise would take about thirty minutes or so.

What I was doing was programing myself to have self control, and it worked like a charm within about two months of nearly daily practice.

I still practice this about once a week and now I can maintain vigourous intercourse for up to ten to 15 minutes, which is about the limit of most women, I have found.

I was doing some consulting on marketing with a drug company, saw some advanced ad and copy.
Seems that just around the corner, there's a new PE drug coming on the market.
I have no idea when it will be released but I'm sure it's already released in Europe.
They are already working on the ads and the marketing concepts so it must be pretty soon.

Seems you have a whole medicine chest of meds with your condition, would one more drug tip the scale too much?

I've had a similar experience a few times in my life.  For me, I'm positive it was psychlogical.  I was simply so turned on and "into" her (great "chemistry" and foreplay)before going for it, that the feelings (mental and physical) upon insertion set off the fireworks very quickly.

 If this sounds familiar, try to calm down a bit before "going in".  Maybe pleasure her orally...focusing on what you're doing, not your own excitement, or any number of other things to let you calm down some.

Advise to practice of self control seems a good method, since I do not see provider often enough.

Try "China Brush". It takes the edge off the sensation just enought. Not like other stuff that totally numbe you. I swear by it.

Rockhard was the drug called dapoxetine (johnson & Johnson)? The drug was supposed to be approved last year by FDA....but we are still waiting!
