This may not be a new policy, but I think it is. I only do premium for a month at a time and in the past I have started at a specific time, knowing when it ends. The last time I did this was this past summer. My profile said that my premium was to end on Jan. 7 and I know I joined at 9 p.m. However it inexplicably ended today, on Jan. 6 and when I raised the issue I was told "Your Premium membership began on 2019-12-08 00:02:39 UTC. 30 days from that date is 2020-01-07 00:02:42 UTC." UTC?! Are you kidding me? Not only that but they used to give you a countdown to the end of your membership. So it expired a day earlier than I expected and I had no way to close the loop with some women I had been talking to. Which I guess is exactly their strategy. Force you to buy another month. That won't happen. Until I cool off. LOL

You can always see your expiration date in your status panel under PAYMENTS.  If you are saying they cut you off one day before the shown date, that's annoying. But really?  Are you going to let some software engineer who isn't an expert at time math keep you from getting your next sweet, tight, little pussy adventure lined up? Put it in perspective, dude, and just reup.

Obviously, they count a full day of your new membership period regardless of how late in the day you paid. So they counted 12/08 as a full day. And that means 1/07 was the 30th day.  Even if you had paid at 11:59 pm on 12/08 you would still be shut off at the end of 1/07.

Now, take a breath and stay focused on closing with that POT.
