A POT replied to me a few weeks ago - hot pics, profile didn't raise any red flags. She sent me a few short messages 'Have a nice day' 'Hope your week is going well.' So we message over a few weeks, she doesn't reply very fast. She refused to send a selfie in our offline cell texts. I pushed her toward a voice call, she said she was available today so I tried the number and it wouldn't ring through. It would just disconnect every time I tried to dial it. Then right away she calls back. She's obviously Asian which is a problem because her profile and even she herself say she's Brazilian. Her English is pretty good. One thing I notice right away is there's a terrible echo every time I talk. I mention this and goes away. She just starts jabbering away on auto pilot about how she's beautiful and has a great body and she doesn't have to prove to anyone that she is who her profile states. [User name BABY] Says she lives in West LA and just goes on and on. I ask her does she drive she keeps saying 'of course of course' ... Every time I try to say something about setting up a date she just interrupts and goes on this screwball tirade about how great she is. I tried nailing her down on a date and time and she keeps changing the subject. Just a really bizarre uncomfortable conversation because she obviously wants to stay in control. I told her I don't pay to meet initially that is just to get acquainted and you could hear the energy shift. So I tell her 'Let's text  and set up a time' and her voice gets real low and slow and she says. 'Oh. Okay then.' Then she hangs up! One minute later she blocked me on Seeking. So the scam was likely to try and get me to pay up front for an M&G? Once she realized I wasn't going to fall for any malarkey she gave up. Very brazen and cocky. Her tone was actually kind of nasty, with an edge of sarcasm. She was probably overseas in a call center. It's a jungle out there gents, be careful.

This kind of thing is depressing.  Especially the mean spirited, nasty sort. (Ask me about my recent blackmail threat!) But it's so easy to spot this kind of scammer.  You knew from the outset it was a scam, right?  Right!

No I didn't know it was a scam from the outset, Sweetman! Her pics were hot but not model-quality hot, and there were no red flags in her pics or her profile. Even her replies were quite convincing. She said she wouldn't send me a selfie 'for my own safety.' That is still a legit reason not to send one, since it is a concern that sending a photo to someone will be used to make another fake profile. [But it can't be helped... the scammers know this. At some point you are going to share more photos before you meet.] I think the video call is the best way to go but she would have never agreed to that either.

I have a system that I have developed over the years, borrowed bits and pieces from experience of others and my own experience as owner of small business, which has worked very well for me..  

 
I have a strict criteria that I use to eliminate candidates, just as any manager would do to hire employees or a business owner would use to get more clientele  

 
I usually send out 25 feelers, as I like to call them, in 4 blasts, separated by 1 week each- so total of 100 requests.  I don't write a separate email for everyone, but rather use a template. The template has all the pertinent information they need to get in touch with me - includes my name, profession, age, location, ethnicity, and my google voice #.   What it doesn't mention is anything about sex or money.  That will get you banned.  

 
When some of them get back to me, next step after a quick chit-chat and vibe check is to ask them to get on a quick video call. If they drag their feet, don't close door on them, but leave the ball in their court. No video call - no further chatting.  

 
You can talk about the prices on the call or before the call. I have set rate I offer. $350-400 for couple hrs, $600 for overnight. Take it or leave it  You don't need to say the words take it or leave it, just have that demeanor.  

 
Next thing is set a date for a week or so in advance and have them confirm with you 24 hrs before the date.  Some are going to flake out, and that's fine. Go with those that respect your time.  You tell them that we will go to a bar and if everything goes smoothly, and there is a mutual connection we can come back to my place.  No pressure from either side.  

 
I have success rate of 2%.. So for every 100 that  I contact and use the criteria, I get laid 2 times.  You might think this is lot of work,  but if you have a system, a machine of sorts, that does the job for you, it's really not a big deal and actually more fun than P4P appointments.  And here is the fun part. These are serious women who really want to meet. There are many repeat dates afterwards.  The last one that my relationship fizzled out over time was my SB for 8 months and I saw her 5-6 times during that time.  Very fulfilling dates.  

 
I can get laid more if I loosen my criteria, but they are just low quality women that have graduated to SB world from Craigslist.  I have been with those too just to scratch my itch, but that's just not my signature.  That's not how I roll.

I like your system, SinCitySinner. It's streamlined and takes some frustration and guesswork out of it. The only issue I would see for me is that now that I've run through just about every available POT I find attractive enough to prospect. Now I'm only finding about 5-10 per week worth approaching and those are usually the hot model ones that are mostly fake profiles, which of course will significantly impact my success rate.  

 
Nonetheless, in terms of batting average, on my last scorecard I approached 150 POTS over a month's time and after much rock moving did manage to mine gold: 2 POTS that resulted in an arrangement. I arrangement ended after only 1 BCD [she was a starfish] and the other I ended after 4 BCD's for lack of sexual chemistry.  

 
So I'm probably at about a 2% success rate if you use 100-150 as the baseline number of POTS approached.  

 
Using the video call as the single pre-screening criteria would mitigate no-shows but coordinating a video call for me has been challenging. Some of these gals work during day and I am unavailable evenings. I find a voice call is a little easier initially and then a video call if it can be coordinated if any question on my end about her authenticity or mental state.

 
Much of the time it's just easier to set up an M&G after the voice call and roll the dice.  

 
Your offer rate seems low for Metro LA. I've offered 300-400 for a few hours numerous times and this is usually a deal breaker for the LA POTS I've spoken to. I only ever had one accept 300 and she was overweight and probably a '5' on the attractiveness scale. I'm finding 500ppm is the norm [3 hours] and most who are above '7' want 800-1000. I do try to compromise whenever possible with the caveat that we can discuss raising the amount after 3 months.      

 
Most of the time I don't get past the first few messages texting offline. I suspect this is a combination of number-monger scams, tire kickers and game players. This could be more common in LA as scammers may have concentrated their efforts on larger Metro areas. Whatever it is, it just means more rocks must be moved before the gold is found.  

 
Becoming frustrated and angry during the digging process will only impede progress. I just need to roll up my sleeves, hunker down and go into the darkness of the mine and move those rocks out. But right now lack of suitable '8' and '9' prospects will make progress much slower. [I hold out little hope in even finding a '10.']

My system is similar, of course, but here's a few differences.  I never do video calls.  Idk why, I'm just not comfortable with that. I prefer to set up a M&G and see how it goes.  Also, when making an allowance offer of fer, I NEVER mention how much time I expect to spend (unless she asks).  I don't want to start a cost per hour thought process in her head and get her thinking like an escort.  I much prefer the gift per visit thought process.  Yes, it's the exact same thing, but using different words feels different. And if we actually make it to a BCD date, I'll find out soon enough if she wants to just get laid and get paid (not a bad outcome in my book)  or if she wants to actually get to know me and do other things together.

As for sending out 100 messages with hopes of a 2% success rate, I have to shake my head in wonder!  I too have exhausted the possibilities here in Siberia (plus 100 miles or so).  You guys who live in such target rich areas that there are actually that many profiles worth DMing should count your blessings!  I'm lucky if I see a few per week worth pursuing.

Nevertheless, I don't dismiss the concept of the numbers game.  I've used it myself when traveling to a target rich environment.  My best successes have been in the Phoenix area.  I'll send out tons of initial messages as early as a month in advance, get some replies, and start good conversations with a few.  That approach has resulted in one or two excellent hotel dates on several 2 night stays in Phx.

I encounter some frustration as well.. So here is what I do.. I only pay for 1 month at a time. Then I will disappear for 4-5 months and come back later. This allows more potential SBs to join the website.  I haven't been back on SA since June, so it's about time.. lol.. I have had one that I am still seeing and she is keeping my dick wet at the moment.

Totally get where you are coming from.. Everyone needs to tweak their system to suit their needs and strengths.  I am on video calls all day long talking to my clients and potential business partners, so it's really second nature to me.  I can not only read the body language but also see if the pics are authentic.  

 
I tell them  that it's a 5 min video call.   Here is how I sell it..   Give them 2 options.. Either you can meet me for 10 minute coffee meeting and have to drive 30 min to get there, or we can do a quick video hat and it will take less than 5 min. I have several options for video chat. I  use WhatsApp, SA website, Discord, Google Meets, or iPhone.   Let me know what you prefer.

It's really hard to compare ratings of beauty as they will vary from person to person. One man's 6 may be another man's 10 and vice versa. Then there's age to consider, for each age of woman there is a corresponding actress of same age one would have to use as example, since each actress has tons of roles they've played at different ages. Jennifer Connolly at age 50 is now a 8, but in her 20's she was a 10.  

Here's how I would rate famous actresses on looks alone, subtracting their association with fame or glamour
or the roles they've played, using their looks at age 30 as a benchmark:  

5 - Elizabeth Moss [at age 30]
6 - Jennifer Aniston [at age 30]
7 - Jennifer Lawrence [at age 30]
8 - Courtney Cox [at age 30]
9 - Demi Moore [at age 30]
10 - Kim Kardashian [at age 30]

I'd also allow for more latitude on looks as this is Seeking, so consider the above ladies without makeup! Most women on Seeking are rather average looking, more GND types, so that makes finding anything 7.5 or 8 and above much rarer.  

This is all so subjective!  I'd say Ariana Grande and Dua Lipa are 10s, Miley Cyrus is a 7, Kim Kardashian is a 3 at best. But that's just me.  Be glad we all have different ideas of what constitutes a cute and sexy woman, or we'd all be chasing the same ones.

10s are probably ones you rarely come across on seeking — like Emily ratakowski or Shannon Elizabeth in their respective primes  — tall but lean in a healthy way — rounded high butt but no “booty” ,or “thicc” bs , clean thigh gap, no stretch marks or sag anywhere (flat stomach), breasts just right for the frame like a b or c cup (c is ideal)  don’t like them too big or artificial and ofc a very beautiful and inviting, kissable face  

Every  deviation from this ideal is a deduction in the ranking  

So an 8 would be someone like Courtney cox in her prime - checks all the boxes, but not as tall and face not as attractive

Yes, I'd agree with this. I've found no 9's or 10's on Seeking [i.e. girls without sag, stretch, some flab or some issue with the face.] It's hard enough finding these gals in the general population, let alone Seeking, so a generous amount of latitude for the ratings as they apply to Seeking is required.  

 
Magazines, TV, movies and social media have set an impossibly high standard for looks and bodies, particularly with the advent of airbrushing and Photoshop retouching/filters that most girls cannot possibly achieve.  

 
Almost without exception any profile that appears to be a 9-10 on Seeking is not a real person seeking an arrangement, it's a stolen photo of a model. Many 8's fall into this same category but since there are rare exceptions, a lot of prospecting is required to vet for authenticity. I find that often these 8's never pan out to an actual BCD, they ghost or stall.    

 
I have not found truly 'hot' girls to be very common on Seeking that actually turn out to be real, though I have met some very attractive ladies and in some cases they have led to successful BCD's. There are always flaws no matter what, because we're all human and we all have flaws. Finding everything you re looking for in one person is an impossible ideal.  [which is why I like having more than 2 in rotation].
