There is one sentence which sticks out that we cannot say on the site at all for risk of being banned.
It's been noted before, but it seems like the SBs have a lot more leeway in what they can and cannot say on SA than we SDs have. I've seen many SB profiles requesting PPM or saying they prefer PPM, etc. And as far as I know they don't get banned for it. Whereas the general wisdom on this forum is that If a guy says the same thing he could be banned. If this is true, I don't really understand why it should be so. Either party expressing themseoves in this way could open SA to allegations they are promoting prostitution. Bottom line is don't discuss $$ on the site.
Strictly speaking, ppm (pay per meet) is not illegal. Pay for sex is. SA is being cautious in prohibiting saying ppm. But unless there is an explicit linkage to paying for sex, I believe they are relatively safe from prosecution.
