I would skip this. SA has gone downhill a lot. I came back recently and regretted it almost immediately.
SA seems to have become a cesspool of scam artists anyway. This is probably indicative of just another avenue for scams. If VISA won't touch them, it is probably a signal that you should stay far away.
If I want to see a SA gall, it would look up one that I met several years ago who is now interested in fooling around, but who is now long gone from the site.
All they want to do is sell you videos and pics. When you ask them to meet in person, they want "gas" money or "baby-sitter" money. It's a joke now at least in the DC area.
I did manage to have BCD with an SB finally after I got back on SA in March. Counter to girfan1959's experiences, I find that SA is overflowing with new POT SB's who are ready to meet a new SD. But finding them requires that SD's significantly up their game when vetting POT's. With increased media exposure, a shit-ton of Tik-Tok's from people who have no idea about sugaring, and other external influences, there is an increase in scammers, GPS, and online-only profiles to be sure. But the same number of legit, real POT SB's are still there. If you can't find them, you need to improve your search and qualification process.
As to your pre-paid VISA card, not accepting that is SA's decision. VISA is a marketing brand not a morality judge. Visa does not approve or decline ANYTHING. Those decisions are made by the issuing bank, and the merchant. No, it's SA that has decided, probably in response to criticism of too many "anonymous" users on their books, not to accept anonymous payment forms.
The answer is simple, but not easy: Get a new bank account at a new bank, use an address other than your home address, like your office, and deposit a few hundred dollars in it. Then use the Debit card from the new account and go crazy, Daddy.
What is the official country of doing business for SA? If they are not a US company, it can be hard to get prepaid Visa or prepaid anything to work. You can no longer use prepaid Visa to pay for TER, either. US laws are clamping down on any anonymous transfers of money overseas (i.e., not in the US). But now I can't seem to get a paid subscription with my prepaid Visa cards. Have tried a few.
