There are real advantages to being where you are, despite the longer driving times. Plus you have the fabled RV so that's a bonus as well!

I always found it difficult to manage more than a couple but I'm experimenting.
I have two on full allowances (more or less 2K plus some expenses).
Each is every so many days...works out to 1.5 times a week.
Hard (no pun intended) to keep up and financially, I can easily manage it, but wonder if I could do better.
And of course, there's nothing better than fresh pussy!

Assuming from your post that this is not a budget constraint issue and you have good wallet discipline, then that leaves you with time management as the crux of your question.
When I have what I consider a full roster, I typically split my SB's into an A-List and a B-List.
The A-List are my regularly scheduled and generally best price/performance SB's. I make sure to mark my calendar with these dates (generally every 2 weeks, alternating) and make a point of not scheduling other dates 2-3 days before and after my regular meetings.
The B-List are my "stand-by" SB's. They may not be as much value based on price/performance, or they may not have predictable schedules (due to travel, family, bill due dates, etc.). But since at least one of these is a hard fuck value taking essentially pocket change (maybe $100-300), and one of the others is a high-allowance porn star, I'm good with seeing them less often. I make a point of not accepting a BCD with these within 2-3 days of an A-List date. No point spending a little money now only to waste a lot of allowance in 2 days if I can't really perform at the level I want.
That all means that although I have roughly 7 SB's on my roster at any given time, I go BDC only around once a week.
PS: That essentially leaves hookers, AMP's sessions and OTC/ITC strippers as my C-List.

I have 6 positions available in my A-List rotation, of which 4 are currently filled. These are scheduled bi-weekly. Dates are short, about 2-3 hours, usually involving a meal and then hotel after. Some just want to do the main event and bail. I like to have at least 1 day in between for recovery. I also have 2 on my B-List not as reliable. Age range generally 24-40, all 6's and 7's, a few near 8's in quality. I am always prospecting for upgrades [both looks and sexual performance] but the going has been tough lately. [See my last post about 5 flakes in a row]. I am supremely grateful for my current lineup. They all appreciate the help I give them and seem to enjoy the sex. PPM's are all average for my area, in the 500-600 range.
As recently as 2023 I had 3 A-list regulars in rotation, seeing each one every 2 weeks. That meant about 4-5 days between dates. All were exceptionally sexual and beautiful young women. All were ppm in the 200-250 range. I was a very happy guy.

I think it's worth noting that I did not set out to find A-List and B-List SB's according to some strategic plan. Instead, each SB sort of drifted one to one list or the other based partly on their own circumstances and partly on my subtle "nudges."
For example, when I connected with my Asian Porn Star she lived in another city about 2 hours away. After our 1st "see how it goes" BCD I knew I was not going to drive that far every two weeks, nor was I going to be able to budget her allowance 2x a month without dropping one of my A-Listers. I proposed that we meet whenever her shooting schedule brought her to my area, which happened every 4-6 weeks. That worked well, until she moved to my city. But fortunately, she is still ok with the same timing for meets.
My other B-Listers are also schedule-challenged either by chaotic work schedules or other issues. Rather than breaking off the arrangement I just offered to try to be available when they are. In practice, I now end up texting them to meet me in the next few days or maybe the following week, making these my schedule filler SB's.

I'm not sure I've ever had a durable rotation I would consider sustainable.
My best run (more than a year) was mid-20s Indian, Indian, Asian, in three different cities, at one time, away from where I live. I never had to make special trips because I traveled to those cities twice a month or so. Allowances between 3 and 5. But wow, it became exhausting.
Each arrangement ended for its own reasons and now I wonder if I'll ever build the same quality of rotation again. I had my backup B-listers like others have said but the A-lineup was sublime. Maybe I shouldn't be woeful since any arrangement of more than a year is an awful lot of pussy and probably rare.
I suspect my main complication is that I travel all the time and do not sugar in my hometown. That means all pussy is on the road and the logistics just get complicated. Some of my B-listers are girls who would be A-listers if I lived in her town, but she just doesn't get the travel required for some executives. (Some of these girls have rarely been on a plane, so it seems exotic to them.)

Your post makes me very aware that I should continue to count my blessings! Yes, I like to bitch about the difficulties of living where I do, and the increasing difficulties of using Seeking for our purposes. But looking back on my 11 year career in the Sugar Bowl, I've almost always had a solid rotation of 2 or 3 regulars, plus some occasionals. Rn I'm in rebuilding mode, since I'm down to just 1 regular. Been here before. I'm putting quite a bit of time and energy every day into browsing and messaging and trying to set up some coffee/lunch dates. Tomorrow I'm scheduled for BCD date #2 with my newest. If that goes as planned, she'll become my new regular and my rotation will be back up to 2. It's a process. But the rewards are so amazing and wonderful, I can't imagine life without sugar dating.
