Thanks for input. What I failed to mention was, she is petite at 5'1" and I am a tall person at 6'4" and average weight for my height and just turned 50.

I do STD testing on a regular basis, and the last one came out clean 5 week ago, and no I do not use any illegal drugs, or any ED medications, or sexual enhancements devices, and I am not on any kind of medications, I only use Ibuprofen/Aspirin for the occasional headaches/muscle pains, and I take good care of myself.

I will not go into specific details, so in general, she was very tight and my member is of average length, but fairly thick, so it was hard to get in, but once in (she was on top) it actually was painful for me, so I tried to back out but would not let me. She climaxed several times in that position and so did I, and with every climax she had, the tightness became worse, and the more active she became.

Now that I had time to reflect and to think clearly, the shaft pain was the result of her tightness, and squeezing during climax, and this morning the testicular and shaft pain have subsided substantially. As for the bruising you are right it does look worse, it is more of black/purple, and no more pain while urinating (so I do not think it is STD).

As for the lasting erection, I always had this problem, which makes hard to urinate and painful. I have had the same with my former SO, but never that I can remember lasting that long. Years ago I did a sonogram on the request of my doctor, and everything was normal. What made worried, is that I remember one of the ads for ED medication, said if you have a long lasting erection you should see a doctor as soon as possible, or permanent damage may occur.

Thanks again for everyone's input, I just was worried and not thinking clearly.

I have been following your input on this board, and I think you are the greatest.

Here we go, yesterday I had a date with a young provider, she is very clean and upscale, and thing got very active, later that night I was in terrible pain in the groin area, my left testicle is bruised I think, as it is very painful to touch, walk, sit, and urinate. Also the shaft is very tender to the touch and dark red in color, and I have what looks like large bruises around the base of the shaft, they are kind of red and blue in color, and are painful to touch.

I took 800 mg of Ibuprofen that night and it seems to alleviate the pain, but the next morning the pain is back, and I think it is worse now.

My question is this some form of STD, which I doubt, or is it just bruising. Should I be concerned? Should I see my family doctor, which I do not prefer? Or is it for the fact that I climaxed 4 times in a short span of time, and that what caused the testicular pain?

Also, I maintained a full erection for over 3 hours after the encounter, could that account for the pain/tenderness in the shaft? Should I keep taking Ibuprofen? This has never happened before, I am so worried, and embarrassed.

Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

That reminds me of my Youth before I knew better..Smoked Hash with my GF and not only did I get cotton mouth, she got cotton pussy.. We had unprotected sex for hours{pre aids days}and when I awoke the next morning I had blisters and bruises all over my Dick, from the shaft to the tip ..It looked like those blisters you get when your pinch your finger in a drawer or drop something and it hits just the edge, but much bigger and lots of them..Big purple and blue blood blisters...I had a hard time walking for days ,and unzipping and taking a pee was a 10 minute chore, but they all went away..She missed three days work, and we didn't have sex again for two weeks..Been there done that ..No More

OK, legal disclaimer, I'm not a doctor.  But I do have a dick and I've done some pretty athletic things with it in my day and never had bruising or other symptoms like you describe.  And what's up with the erection lasting 3 hours AFTER the encounter.  What are you leaving out of your description of the events?  Did you OD on Viagra?  It's possible that could cause some sort of temporary damage to the small blood vessels of the penis that could leave bruising.

Bruising typically comes from some sort of trauma- not just regular "active" sex, so you must have some idea what you did that would lead to that sort of severe bruising- cock ring, dry HJ, penis fell out while she was on top and then she bent it over when she came down (that can hurt like hell and could cause internal damage that could leave bruising), some other sort of rough play?  The good news is I've never heard of an STD that has what appear to be bruises as a symptom, and most don't show symptoms that quickly, but I'm not a doctor, just an enthusiast.

Yes, climaxing 4 times in a short period of time can make your testicles ache for a little while.  But that should go away fairly quickly after you rehydrate, and certainly shouldn't still be hurting the next day.  If you don't see some improvement in the next 24 hours, I suggest you go to a doctor (other than your family doc) and show him what you're dealing with.  Regular bruising can look worse a day or two later, but you should be able to tell if the pain is subsiding, or not.  And the pain urinating is also something I wouldn't ignore, because that is a symptom of some STD's.

Never again. Now that I am more composed, and feeling much, much better - I do think it is funny.

Thanks

Pull out (anchoring the base of the condom) after you have ejaculated.  You came several times in this position?  Are you able to come several times without ejaculating?  If not, staying there as you did is a recipe for having to fish the condom out of her later and a special trip to the docs office.

Um.  Unless you just didn't use one.

Yes, I came in that position several times. I ejaculated twice, and the rest I think were dry.

I can maintain a good erection after coming if there is sufficient stimulation, and attraction.

I am very health conscious, and a condom was used through out.

no joke, I'd be very worried if I were you - forget the embarassment factor, go get checked out

when urinating hurts, balls ache, and erections last 3 hours, it's no time to wait and wonder

by the way, I seriously doubt you climaxed 4 times, but if the rest is true, see a doctor!!

When I was younger I was hyper-sensitive and had a real problem with PE.  It was so bad I was always extremely apprehensive anytime I met someone new because some women didn't react well.  They didn't realize I could keep going, so after I'd climax the first time they'd throw me off and curse at me, totally killing the mood for the rest of the evening.

It was typical for me to climax the first time in 30 seconds after entering, the second in 3-4 minutes, the third time varied but was around 8-10 minutes, but you get the idea.  I never stopped, because I was always too embarrassed to admit I'd already climaxed, and based on previous bad experience I'd try to fake it.  So I'd just keep pumping away and pretend I hadn't had an orgasm.  I learned to control any sort of response (other than ejaculating) and it took me years to finally learn to let go, but that's another story.  Anyway, I thought everyone had this ability to keep going and have multiple orgasms like I did, but I later learned that fewer than 5% of the population can do this.

Now, the reason why I believe the poster- when I was a 20-year old college student and hadn't seen my GF in a couple weeks, we started screwing before we went to dinner one Friday night.   I climaxed 9 times in 1 hr. 45 minutes of continuous pumping. This was a personal record that I never duplicating again, though I did have 4-5 orgasms fairly routinely while in my 20's.  So four times during a session is entirely possible based on my experience.

Now, the three hour erection afterwards, I've never even come close to that.  But again, we're all different, and it's always a mistake to assume we're "normal" and everyone is like us.

Exactly, thank you G2.

One of my girlfriends in collage  used to comment that she is not able to satisfy me sexually because of this problem, and used to accuses me of faking orgasm, etc., etc. The key point here is it all depend on the amount of the quality of stimulation and attraction.

Well, I saw a Urologist today and had to wait in his office for almost 2 hr before he could see me, and everything is fine. I have some broken blood vessels on the shaft, coupled with some scraping, and maybe some torn ligaments, so nothing serious, with an advice to layoff the fun for 3-4 weeks, and the black/blue marks are just ordinary bruising.

Took some blood/urine for STD Panel?? testing, and should know the results on Monday, but he doubts there is anything, just to be safe.

Thanks everyone for your input.
