So I was supposed to meet a pot for an MNG she suggested a upscale dinner place but due to conversations I thought it would be fine, first red flag. She showed up with her friend/roommate which I thought was for safety or, in my naïve wishful thinking, a potential threesome. When we got to my place they asked for money upfront, which i knew was a red flag, but the original Pot convinced me that she had gotten screwed over before by somebody who refused to pay. Anyhow the second pot actually put more than the agreed-upon amount in cash app and, due to the idiotic nature of the app would not let me change it before it was done. She said she would refund me the difference. I knew that that would be unlikely but went along and didn’t make a big stink about it. when I tried to move in for a kiss I got a head turn, this should’ve been the biggest red flag. They said let’s go upstairs and left their coats on the banister. I noticed that one of the coats was extremely heavy so when we got upstairs I excuse myself for a moment to make sure that they didn’t take an iPad or something and next thing I knew they ran out the door. I am doing my best to see if I can recover anything back from cash app. Does anybody know whether that’s fruitful?

I'm sorry you got robbed. And I'm sorry to tell you that CashApp most likely won't be refunding you anything.  Once you authorized the payment, they consider it your problem. They won't take responsibility for your poor judgement.  It might have been different if they forced you to pay (by threatening with a weapon), but since you authorized the payment, it will stick.  You can file a police report - but even then it's not likely you will ever see your money again.   And filing means you will have to explain to an officer everything you were doing and why. And IF the police investigate, they will surely look at Seeking as an escort site, and a ROB site as well.

I'd say you just completed a Master Class in ROB strategy and tactics:  
1. No surprise guests - at a M&G, or for a date - ever.  Just say "not what we agreed to" and leave.
2. M&G's should only be set up at low-cost locations, and outside meal periods. So no M&G's at fancy restaurants. No M&G's at expensive lounges, clubs, spa's, etc.  I always suggest a M&G at a Starbucks or similar (Jamba Juice, Peet's or Coffee Bean, etc.) and always after 1:00 pm and before 5:00 pm.  That aces her out of lunch and dinner UNLESS you want to extend the M&G after you get a good read on her.  
3. No electronic payments for the 1st date.  Cash is king.  Yes, there is a risk of a ROB stealing the cash, but that risk is capped by the amount of cash you have.  As you saw, a digital payment can be manipulated if she get's her hands on your phone, or in your case, she takes advantage of a disability.
