With all due respect, masturbation in front of porn is NOT the same thing as engaging in live sex acts. Having sex with yourself demands little in terms of reciprocity, watching for cues, timing your rhythm to the other person, etc. It is pretty much a singular experience [not invalidating the quality thereof, mind you.] With a real-life woman, other factors come to mind - endurance, energy, emotions - it's just not as cut and dry. In addition, your oxytocin level probably shoot up after orgasm, which contributes to feelings of well-being, but also intense relaxation and increase of the refractory period.

Try not masturbating for 30 days and see what it does. It may or may not work, who knows?
