Last Wednesday I received a notice that HD was interested in me.

 
She insisted i set up Google chat andb refused to give me her cell #; red flag #1

 

OK i added Google chat and we exchanged photos.  HD claims to be a single Mom who hasn't had a date since her divorce three years ago.  Bssed on her glams she's a traffic stopper as in HOT AS FUCK.  

 

We planned a date for friday night at 8:30 pm.  I live in Berkeley.  She lives in Sacramento.  We agreed to meet half way.  She wanted $200 for minimum two hours and no rules.  I pay $70 for the room.

 

On Friday morning she chats me shebneeds $25;for Google Play for her son to play games while she is away.  Red Flag #2

I chat to her how's it going?   She needs to take her car to mechanic.  She's broke and needs $50 for brakes.  Need to reschedule date to Sunday.  

 
She says she'll suck me off for an hour and then swallow every last drop.  Then she'll put on orange lipstick and lingrie no panties.  We'll make out like in high school.  And then she'll ride me cow girl to finish round # 1.

 

Sunday morning she chats me to send her $50 for mechanic.

I tell her I'm busy with work but we can meet at 8:30 pm.  She agrees.  I get a chat message at 3 pm she's at the Motel.  I text her back at 6 pm that i get off at 7 pm.  She said she got tired of waiting and is headed home.  Red flag #3.  She says we can have our date on Wednesday; my day off.

 
Wednesday morning and she needs a $50 google play card for her son.. i said i'm willing $25 but not $50.  I send the $25 gift card.  She says send me $25 more upnfront or no deal.

FWIW, my experience is that it either works really well from the very beginning, or it fails. At the slightest sign of difficulty, I bail.

This is all chump change by any standard, sugar or pro. So either she's a low-budget scammer or a real gem who could be worth going for (unless she's on drugs). Anything under 4 bills is a bargain anywhere.
My suggestion: Tell her you'll give her those amounts and more, but only in person. From what I see Sac is just over an hour from Berkeley and there's a train if one of you doesn't want to drive it.  
You didn't mention whether you used Google chat for video, which would be a good way to get a better idea of what she's like. Pics can be filtered and faked. Set up a video call from your hobby gmail and see what happens.
