LG,
Does water soluble lube have a shelf life after which it can cause irritation?
I suspect this because during my relationships over the past 15 years, more than twice my SO at the time has experienced vaginal irritation after sex using lube that had been opened for a few months. the first time this happened, we changed brands. A few years later, the second brand (different bottle, LOL) seemed to cause the same thing.
Opening a fresh bottle solved the problem in every instance.
Your thoughts / experience (or any other ladies)?
thanks
Indeed, SilkShaft,
Some people can experience irritation/allergy to water-based lubricants. The best thing is to get surgi-lube directly from the gynecologist's office - that's the stuff they shmear on to the speculum before insertion.
If the allergy continues, it may be something else - best to check with the doctor.
No more itchies,
The Love Goddess
I can't be found carrying around surgilube (or condoms, sex toys, and lingerie in "the wrong size").
But thanks for the suggestion HD and LG!
Maybe one of you entrepreneurs can start a business - Surgilube vending machines in bars and convenience stores LOL
