BTW the last time I had a POT SB tell me to simply "come to my place" it worked out great. One last thing, You don't need to actually be outside of the country to log onto TER, Just use a VPN that will make it "appear" that you are logging in from another country and you can still use TER from the US.
Regarding accessing TER, in addition to VPN, which I believe you have to pay for if you want decent service, the Tor browser works fine by itself to connect to TER and it doesn't cost anything. Super easy to install and use.

it started to get very buggy on one computer, and a few weeks later the other computer also stopped working on TOR.
I don't know if it is my computers or TOR, but I switched to a free version of Windscribe VPN and haven't had any problems with it. These free versions only give you a limited about of bandwidth per month, but since I don't go on TER for very long these days, it work out just fine.

You're so right about this, as usual. I learned my lesson a few years ago when I got way too involved in an arrangement that I foolishly thought would last forever.
