I can't do the work for you, but I'll give you some idea of why I suggest these...
.
Tom Hopkins is the best of the best in professional sales training. That means, in part that he will help the student develop best-in-class negotiating skills for closing deals with the most favorable terms. There are countless posts here asking how to get a POT to agree to a certain amount of sugar.  This answers those questions.
.
Leo Buscaglia made a career training professional therapists on how to relate to people in need or who had special needs.  He provides his students with repeatable techniques for establishing an empathic bond with their patients that enables trust and growth.  There are countless posts here asking how to relate to a 20-ish woman who is poor, hot, distracted, has low self esteem, would rather party than work, probably has real "Daddy issues", uneducated & inexperienced, and 20-60 years younger than the poster. Leo shows the way.

I will posit that other than the physical ability to shag hot chicks multiple times a month (or week, or even day!) a SD needs these two key skills to be successful in the Sugar Bowl. Yes, you can get laid with lots of cash and very little skills (and perhaps a shower :p. But this is how to do what sweetman, mrfisher, Gaga and others do;  meet dozens of women each year for freaky-hot NSA sex, and all without mortgaging the house.

I'm going to make two reading/viewing recommendations that every SD should follow. None of these will mention sugaring, but they are both critically important to developing the best skills to be successful in the Sugar world.

Sadly, most of you will ignore this. But nevertheless, I offer it for you here:

Do a google search for these two people, and consume every book, video, and other material you can find. Most is absolutely free.

The collected works of Leo Buscaglia.  Dr. Buscaglia was a notable professor at USC who taught in the department of Special Education. He was aka "Dr. Love".
.
The collected works of Tom Hopkins.  Tom Hopkins is a notable sales and sales leadership trainer. His legendary "Boot Camp" was required (and expensive) training for almost every professional sales organization in the country and beyond.

I remember seeing a PBS special on Dr. Love when I was a kid pre-teen, I think.  There may have been a couple of episodes but they were very interesting.  Specially for a horny young boy wanting to learn how to get in laid. lol.  Alas the series was on PBS so no such instruction was given. However, I do remember the shows and found them interesting.
