So as mentioned in a prior post, I recently dismissed my standing rotation (except for my #1) and started recruiting new SB's.  The first attempt (mostly in May) was a washout.  Scheduled no less than 7 M&G's over a 10 day period, and saw 5 no-shows. It's rather annoying to be waiting at a Starbucks or popular bar for 30 minutes with NCNS, then get home and find her profile either deleted or she has blocked me*.  The other two were older (29 and 32) SBs who I met and negotiated a reasonable arrangement with. But ultimately I cancelled (due to lack of interest on my part). I guess I still prefer the 18 to 26 demographic.

Take 2:  I reactivated my profile and spent time online searching and looking at profiles (I keep my notice settings to "do not notify if I view" and "notify if I favorite.") I'll restate that I don't message first. I prefer to let a POT SB contact me first as I get better results (a rule I liberally broke in the May attempt). But spending time signed increases my view rate by POT SB's. I received about a dozen messages and another dozen favorites.  Half I dismissed (too far, too old, too fat, etc.).  The rest I either favorited back or replied to their message and started the process.

This all boiled down to 2 (plus one scheduled tomorrow) M&G's last week.  Both are AA spinners, sweet, demure, and with jobs and cars. Both are looking for help but not on the brink of being homeless. But are looking for an allowance in a range I'm comfortable paying.  But here's their key difference:  One wants to be more BF-GF-ish, wants to spend time in enjoyable activities without needing extravagance, and is ok with the level of intimacy I expect. But she wants to take a little time to develop a more emotional level of affection. I did not make any specific allowance offer to her yet, but I did note that my allowance would be minimal (i.e.: I'll pay for what ever we do together) until we are ready for intimacy. I suggested we meet again soon. She's been texting me pleasantries every day and we have a "movie" date on Tuesday (near my house). No allowance asked or offered.

The other SB just wants to meet and fuck. We agreed on a per meet allowance and since she's not interested in dinners, shopping, etc. I went slightly over my preferred amount (but still well within budget) in my accepted offer. She came over yesterday - then she came again on my bed - about 4 times. I wouldn't say she's a nymphomaniac, but she enjoys sex and I'm eager to see her again.

The "plus 1" I mentioned above is rather interesting. I reverse image searched her profile pics and they all map to a minor celeb in hip-hop music. I suspected a scam of course. But in talking to her (I haven't asked about the pics yet) she seems otherwise legit. I suggested we message by text, and she asked for my number first - again a yellow (if not red) flag.  I gave her a Google Voice number and she gave me hers in return.  We've been texting and she still seems ok, but...

I'll send her the address to a local wine bar tomorrow morning and we are scheduled to meet at 4 pm.

*BTW: there appears to be a new behavior on SA regarding blocked/deleted profiles  - it's evident in your message log. I can see messages from SB's who presumably have blocked me. The message string is there along with the profile name. But for other message strings the profile name is just a generic "SugarBaby." The actual profile name is gone and SA gives the usual message when I try to view the profile. I believe these are profiles that SA has deleted, and assume it's because they were reported, most likely for "pro-ish" behavior or for scamming.

Herb I've noticed this change as well and I wish they'd quit doing it.  I have not noticed any correlation with pro style activity.  I just know that when  SBs screen name is gone I often can't remember who I was talking to.  So now, whenever I begin a conversation, I always use their screen name, as in: Hi Titsonastick.  That way I ca always go back later and find their screen name and refresh my memory if I want to.

I'm in a rebuilding mode also, not of my own choosing though.  I have 2 from my previous rotation still active, and one new 19yo insatiable sex fiend I do my best to keep up with in bed.  Last week  I had 2 coffee dates set up.  One was a NCNS but the other turned out to be the cutest little 19yo spinner, just my type, and  a Sugar Virgin which I always love! We have our first BCD date set for Tuesday.  If it holds, I'll be very happy.  Life is indeed very good.

Update on my previous post to this thread. My cute little 19yo spinner showed up and when I got her clothes off I thought I'd died and went to heaven.  What a stunning little angel!  Kept telling me Oh you're so good while I was screwing her. Hope to see her again real soon!

Ok, so the rebuild effort now includes 3 new SB's. (Plus my #1 SB retained from my previous rotation.)

 
First SB: Movie date was nice. We went to a local Italian wine bar after and had a quiet dinner.  She's VERY introverted and I can see she's slow to develop and express affection. But I can tell she wants to be charmed. I think she's rationalizing the idea that it's ok to sleep with a guy she's "legitimately" dating, but not a guy who wants to "sport fuck" for cash. I offered to take her to a spa for a ($100 massage) for our next date. She's excited to do that as she's never had a "spa day" before. I get the sense that she's never really had any of the luxury life experiences that most SB's take for granted. She's done very limited travel and when I suggested we eat at Olive Garden (as a joke) she was excited to go. When I took her to an upscale Italian place (the wine bar) see seemed impressed. Yesterday I scheduled the spa massage for next Sat. As I am writing this update, she just texted me that she doesn't want to wait that long to see me.  So I'm willing to see how this plays out without BCD for now.  My out of pocket cash is minimal, just barely over what I might spend on myself if I went out.  

Next SB: This one wants to meet and fuck again. So I scheduled her this afternoon at my place. 'Nuff said.  

And then the Plus 1 SB: This is the POT with stolen pics and who canceled our 1st M&G. She arrived for our M&G yesterday and wow! Total stunner. AA spinner (I seem to attract AA POT SB's a lot) with a perky personality and seems to fall into my sweet spot for sugar needs: Lives with her mom, has a job and a car, but wants an SD to provide some funds and fun.  I asked her about her pics and her answer was fascinating. She's been on SA for about 5 months and has had one SD for about 3 months.  He turned out to be a dick so she bailed. But while looking for new SD's she got a message - from her UNCLE! Yikes!  So she's added "representative" pics and kept only one pic of her in the mix. After getting to know each other a bit we started digging into what an arrangement could look like and we've agreed on what we want.  Based on her last arrangement, she initially asked for $600 per adventure, as that's what her last SD did. I pointed out that most of her adventures with him were 3 days long (he liked to take her on short trips - perhaps to avoid his wife?) and that I can't do that.  We settled on $400 for a full day with optional sleep overs. I'll let her percolate for a day or two and then set up our 1st date and BCD together.  She sent me several real pics before we parted and went home.  

So now that leaves me with 4 SB's, with 1 still not committed to BCD time.  

Can't say I love the process of finding, meeting and establishing new SB's. But I do love the results when it all works out.
