Let's talk about flags Part 5-Timing

 
Lot's of chatter (whining? here about the increase percentages of bogus profiles.  We all have to deal with them, and we all are looking for tips on how to spot them (preferably before we go through all the steps that proceed "her" ask for money upfront).  

 
Here's a list of what I consider yellow and red flags.  No single "flag" is necessarily definitive. But each additional flag adds the likelihood of a scammer/GPS Rob/Pig Butcher/Simp Farm disaster.  I'll break this into several categories:
1. Pics
2. Profile text
3. Logical flaws
4. Communication modes
5. Timing
6. Real world verification results

 
I will make a separate post for each of these. This is Part 5-Timing

 
This one will be quick: Sooner is better than later, up to a point.  

 
As a general rule, I recommend you do not start favoriting, messaging, or texting until and unless you are ready to do the M&G (or for some BCD) within the next 2 days. And on the flip side, be wary of POTs who want to meet tonight, especially if they don't want or agree to a preliminary M&G or even video chat.  Scammer tactics are to create a false sense of urgency to get you to skip key steps in verification. So claims that she is going out of town tomorrow and really needs your cock now, will indeed get you fucked. But not in a good way. If she's in town now, she will be back in town again sometime. Patience is your friend if you are waiting on her.

 

But patience is not you friend if you make her wait on you. You have generated interest up to now, and professional sales training says this is the time for a "call to action!" Get her sign on the dotted line by agreeing to meet soon. The longer she waits for you, the more her interest can fade, or her interest in another SD who can meet and pay her soon, will increase. I've lost some really good POT's because I could not schedule a M&G for a week. Even worse, I've seen POT's who agree to wait that week, confirm the day before, then ghost me the day of.  

 
So think about your schedule before you start down the messaging path.

I totally agree, do the M&G as soon as possible within a few days if you can. It's tough if you are both working long hours and coordinating a time/day is a bitch. Just like Herb, I've lost a few POTS even recently [just a few days ago] by waiting a week due to scheduling conflicts. One POT enthusiastically confirmed day before and day of she ghosted! Another promising POT, after a week of very positive texts and a great phone call she ghosted day of meet and I never heard from her again. Of course, this happens even if you are going to meet in a day or two, but waiting longer decreases your chances she shows up. This inconsistent, changeable behavior is confounding to navigate, let alone analyze, since there are so many factors, so it's best not to overthink it. But the sooner the better on the M&G.  

Herb's advice is spot on as usual.  But it is based on the assumption that meeting for a M&G within a couple of days is actually feasible.  If some travel is going to be required, a longer planning period may be necessary.  Here in Siberia, 99% of my M&Gs are going to occur in the nearby city.   It might take a while before we can work out where and when to meet.  Other than that I totally agree that sooner is better than later!

Understood, Sweetman! But in Pussy Siberia POTS would likely not be in a hurry as they are in Los Angeles, where there are so many opportunities to find an SD. In the larger markets the action moves faster, generally. here today gone tomorrow!
