It's difficult to opine on her motivations, and yours, without more info.  

 
You said you haven't spoken in a month. What was your status with her then? Why did you stop messaging her? Is she local to you?  Has all of your communication been through SA?

I got her number a month ago and texted her twice. We never met or promised to meet. She lives 90 minutes away and I've been too busy. It seems a little stalkerish I mean she could just text me instead of looking at my profile EVERY day.

Try texting her once more and see if she's ready to travel to you.  Just make the offer and see what happens.  But I don't suggest you offer to travel to her.

Update

Apparently the SA app has a glitch that makes it look like your profile is being viewed when it's not sometimes. Mystery solved.
