As you have a free account as a chick.  Have you ever thought of creating an account of a chick looking for chicks?  If so, could you message chicks?

To say they are looking for a SD-Sugar Daddy, SM-Sugar Mommy, or both.  

 
I have "her" profile set to both.   "She" does get some inquiries from women, but 90% of those are women fronting a couple. Either a married couple looking to add another woman to the mix, or some supposedly "alpha" male with a collection of ladies that he entertains "Heffner" style;  pool parties, private jet travel, etc.   Occasionally, she will get a message from a seemingly real Cougar.  

 
All SB profiles, paid or unpaid, can send or reply to messages.  Unpaid SB's only have limited use of search filters, but "she" generally only sees SM's appear in about 1 of 20 profiles. Since "she" has a strong statement in her profile about no married guys, she has never replied to these messages.  

 
Finally, "she" generally sees the same 6 or 7 SM's appear month after month in her area.  However, she occasionally sees a SM profile from a woman who appears to be looking for an SD, but did not understand how to use the site. I'm not going to say these are all blonds....  Seriously, I am not going to say that.  

 
Just re-read the last part of your Q. My SB profile cannot see any other SB profiles. So she can only message profiles of SD's and SM's, not other SB's.
