I'm not really sure. I started using the inhaled version (there is also an injectable) in January of this year, alongside my usual dose of sildenafil. Both meds are compatible and are supposed do different things. But it needs to be kept in a fridge, and it needs to be used within one month of receipt. (My provider mails it in an ice-pack mailer.) Honestly, I still can't be sure if the PT-141 is helping physically, or maybe just psychologically. I am sure that it is expensive: About $120 for what they call a one-month supply; about 6 doses, after a one-time fee of $250 for an online screening to get a prescription.
The fridge requirement meant that I could not take it with me on my extended trip out of the country. So, for the 7 weeks I was on the road I was just taking the sildenafil and that worked as expected - which is to say, mostly effective. Since I have returned home, about 2 months now, I have not refilled the prescription.

I've been doing a simple routine of stretches and flexibility exercises every morning for decades now. I go swing dancing once a week as I've been doing for nearly 30 years. So my posture is great, I have good balance, and coordination, and generally can move around like a much younger man. I drink water and try to stay hydrated. I never smoke or drink alcohol. And like Euro Guy, I use virtually every chemical known to modern science! I try to keep my libido up by watching porn and by masturbating, but I never let myself cum. I save up those important shots for when I'm in bed with a beautiful young woman. I started mongering when I was a mere lad of 55, when I discovered there are actual women out there who want me to call them, fuck them, pay them and then go home. This was after many decades of frustration, monogamy, and not getting my needs met. In my mid 60's. Most people tell me I don't look much older than 50. I'm height-weight proportional, exercise every day, go to the gym 3x a week, and try to eat healthy. I don't have any health conditions as of this time so I'm fortunate there. I can't do multiple pops unless there are extended sessions. My schedule for sugar meets requires shorter sessions, so I'm done after one. I do take Sildenafil prior to each session. If all things remain as they are, I can probably go for another 10, possibly 20 years depending on many factors.
Congrats Euroguy on your record. I enjoyed being a sexagenarian which was a sweet spot, but things are still going strong.
How long can we keep going? The truth is no one knows. A healthy lifestyle is a big factor since all this revolves around the heart and good circulation. But ome things are genetic: from my old high school class, a few of us are robust and active and some have been broken down by age.
I will say this, however: A big part of staying alive in the [ursuit of pussy is finding ones who really WANT to be there, who enjoy the experience with you. Hot girls going through the motions may not cut it. That said, gals may be attracted to you for various reasons (this is the lifelong struggle of understanding women). I'm 56 and have always been pretty active & fit. However, I joke that I have to work out twice as hard and eat half as much just to stay lean at my age.
My bodyfat (measured by a combination of calipers and digital measuring tape) is consistently between 12-13%. I have "sorta" visible abs. Every POT I've encountered has said I'm pretty fit, especially for my age.
So here's my training regimen:
1. Push-Pull-Legs (resistance training) 3 days per week. Compound movements primarily (e.g. bench press, deadlift)...If I have gas in the tank after the compound movements I'll do isolation exercises (e.g., bicep curls).
2. HIIT 3 days per week. Always on a Wahoo Kickr (an erg machine I attach my road bike to and I use a training platform to automatically adjust resistance during the interval workout). These are usually 30-45 minutes and I'm spent at the end. This is a GAME CHANGER for stamina.
3. Yoga/Core usually on HIIT days
4. 20-30 minute walk after dinner each night.
I also supplement with testosterone. I work with my MD where we monitor hormone levels 3-4 times per year. We make sure my free and total testosterone is at the upper limit of "normal" for my age and weight. So I'm not some vein-bulging roided-out looking dude. Just someone who you would see on the street and say "he's fit for his age."
If I had to choose between TRT or workouts out I'd drop the TRT and just focus on a good diet, compound movements, and intense doses of HIIT cardio.
Between the HIIT and strength training I have no problem in the bedroom with my stamina or ability to pick up my partner and move her around (if she's submissive and likes it).
So about HIIT
Oh, btw, I think your program is great. When I was about 20 years younger, it was almost exactly what I followed.
So....about HIIT: I've been trying to substitute high intensity fucking in the missionary position.
No kidding, it's more a mental discipline than anything else.
Have to concentrate on holding your body up a bit more and a proper position than usual while pounding away.
And after a good 30 mins or so, you can really feel it, both in the chest and abs!
But I like taking short breaks throughout, lets my girls puff a bit or drink some wine, or better yet, just suck away.
And I'm careful about lubricant (strawberry), with liberal applications after each break.
Afterwards, I feel really hungry, but if I don't eat so much, I typically notice my weight is down a half pound or so the next morning.

The medical establishment might be "messaging" pretty hard that "this stuff is only for people with hypogonadism", but I assure you they're not doing that because it is "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth".
If you're not ready for full-on Testosterone Replacement Therapy or wary of needles, I can enthusiastically recommend Enclomifene. It's basically the only known chemical that gets your body to produce SIGNIFICANTLY more T (not just a little bit more), and rather than adding T from an external source. So it won't shut down or even suppress your natural T production; when you stop taking it, you go back to where you were before.
It works by interrupting the long arrow (E->LH) in the negative feedback of this cycle:
Testosterone -> aromatisation to Estrogen ---------> Lutenizing Hormone -> Testosterone
Bodybuilders use it for post-cycle therapy (PCT) to kick-start their natural T production after they stop a cycle of exogynous injected T. Enclo is a pill, so there's no needles. You can order it online without a prescription from the places that cater to bodybuilders and (like most of the wonderful things in life) pay for it with bitcoin. Start with 12.5mg/day.

You should very strongly consider the more recent oral forms.
Twice a day required, but bc of the short half-life you can mimic the normal diurnal test levels
I've been doing injections forever, but I'm going to seriously look into it.
