Problems after DATYsad_smile

Have noticed a problem after DATY.  Within the next day or 2 of DATY, I have the following symptoms - slight burning sensations in mouth, tongue.  Slight swelling of the lips, phlegm in the throat.

Later (2-3 days) slightly sore throat.  Symptoms disappear in about 2 - 3 weeks.  Any ideas of what is going on?

Dear Datyproblem,

Obviously this is not a board for diagnosing medical issues and anyone who attempts to provide a medical diagnosis will be moderated [yes, these are my rules.]

You will need to see a physician for this. It could be anything, from  allergy to lubricants to chlamydia [sometimes chlamydia is asymptomatic, sometimes it gives you a sore throat].

Please address your concerns to a physician who can examine you properly,

This list of possibilities is a long one and if you have acquired an infection then it's very important that you get the correct treatment.

It is not normal to have these signs and symptoms after giving oral sex.  That's not a diagnosis but it is definitely a fact.
