i had a sex not to long ago after eating a pomegranate. twice actually. are there any studies that actually show this does help with sex?  i remember seeing a tv commercial about POM Wonderful that insinuated it helps the sex drive.  well, not sure if it was the girl or the fruit, or a mixture of both, but my sex drive was higher then its been in a while. with one girl it comes natural, but with this new girl, i was able to pull off the same performance. i was able to get hard for a second shot rather fast, and i stayed hard until after about 30minutes where i called it quits cause, well...i am getting old and to be honest, i got a cramp in my leg and was getting tired :D and the other time, i was able to finish a second time(with the new girl) which has not happened in a LONG TIME.  but boy, the sex was outstanding. maybe i will stock up on the fruit. any thoughts on this LG?

...researchers at Firat University in Turkey published the results of an experiment in which they showed that pomegranate improves sperm quality and slightly raises the level of testosterone - in rats.

The researchers wanted to know whether they could get better sperm production by adjusting nutrition. Every day for seven weeks the researchers fed the rats a little pomegranate juice. Sperm cells and the cells that make sperm and testosterone contain a lot of unsaturated fatty acids. These are susceptible to oxidation. Pomegranate juice, the researchers discovered, caused an increased production of natural anti-oxidants in the sperm and blood of the rats. These probably protect the vulnerable fatty acids against oxidation.

In both the blood and the sperm, the concentration of malondialdehyde – a marker for fat oxidation – decreased in the rats that got pomegranate juice. A natural antioxidant that increases considerably in concentration as the result of supplements is catalase. The protective effect against oxidation also had an effect on testosterone production.

So now you know; it's time to repeat the experiment over and over again to validate your results,
