I think I've been making a mistake in my approach. I get way too greedy with initially messaging SBs and often end up with 3-4 girls who want to meet up today or tomorrow. Often, I can't really make time for them for a few days and they end up going silent. It is pretty rare to have one that will stay in touch long enough to see the following week.  

Do you guys generally message every girl you're interested in all at once or do you space them out and save some for later?

You are always busy!  You are a successful business guy who negotiates multi-million dollar deals every day. Your time is valuable and you are way to important to drop everything for a little strange on the side.  You MIGHT be able to clear your schedule in a few days for her, since she seems so chill.  But it's you doing her a favor by meeting her "sooner" rather than "later".  

This means you always set up 1st meets in 2 or 3, or even 5 days (unless she's super hot and specifically wants BCD asap).  This approach will let you space out the meetings as you like, and it gives her the impression that Daddy is in charge, because he is.

But I find appreciable drop-off when you schedule meets out into the future.  Some SBs are very reliable and do come through, but many are ADD or overwhelmed by the number of messages they get.  I find that the probability of someone actually showing up for a meet scheduled in advance drops by 10-15 percentage points for each day between when you schedule it and when you plan to meet.  Thus, her probability of showing up tonight is very high, maybe 90% or more.  Her probability of showing up tomorrow is 80% or so.  The following day, it's 65-70%.  For a date scheduled a week out, her probability of showing is maybe 30%.

I'd recommend pacing yourself in the contacting of POTs.  Then, when you contact them, you can schedule something in 1-2 days.

I don't disagree with you, but there is an inverse corollary to your rule:  The faster she wants to meet, the greater the likelihood she will be a pro or semi-pro (or catfish/scammer).  

If you're ok with a quick one time BCD blow & go, then no harm, no foul.  If you are actually looking to develop an ongoing addition to your rotation (which she should NEVER know about) then she will be ok waiting for a "quality" guy and will appreciate the "effort"  to schedule a M&G to get acquainted and will think you are not just all about banging fresh pussy (which of course, you totally are).  

Others here will, no doubt, disagree. And I can't say they are wrong. This is what works for me. Each of us develops our own style (i.e.: Game) that gets us what we most want.

I have had situations in which first contact was followed by first fuck in less than 24 hours.  But those were rare.  Usually there's a period of exchanging messages before we meet, almost always a week or so.  If the first meet is for coffee, then the first BCD meet is several more days after the coffee.  IO met a new SB last night who wanted to meet BCD right off the bat with no preliminary coffee date.  We were both eager and she showed up as she said she would and we and a fantastic time, but it was a solid week after our first message contact.  And my very sweetest dearest SB right now is a girl I exchanged messages with for two YEARS before she agreed to meet!!  Maybe that's some kind of persistence record!  My point is that each one is an individual and I really don't find waiting a week or two to be much of a problem with winding up in bed.

The POTs who want to meet immediately, especially without looking at photos, or who throw out a $$ number quickly are pros or semi-pros.  One way to differentiate is:  Who initiated the contact?  If the POT initiated, she's likely a pro.  If the SD initiated, she may just be interested and available.  

The "quality" girls do tend to be more conscientious and patient, but almost anyone under age 25 lacks patience.

I'm curious how you exchanged messages for years. Was this through the site or text? What sorts of things did you talk about? I've been pretty reluctant to pester girls after they go quiet but have been thinking about coming up with a script to reopen them. Anyone have such a script?

Everyone has given helpful tips. I would suggest to be patient when exchanging messages with POT SBs to keep the interest going but don't set up day/time to meet until you have prioritized them.  The younger and hotter ones need to be seen sooner as somebody else may woo them if you delay too much. But I have seen many new girls to take their sweet time to meet up as they are also juggling thru the POT SDs.  

And yes, do message every girl you like but don't switch to texting until you know for sure that you want to see her. I have seen some girls who won't give out personal number until they have met in person. And yes semi-pros will always be available so don't worry about the ones who are already giving $$ figures for per meet in the initial messages as they will always see you for the money.

The script is pretty simple - assuming you both left the door open to future communication.  

"Hi, haven't heard from you in a while so I thought I'd check in. How are you doing?"  

Or,  

"Hello. I was thinking about you this morning so I thought I see how you are doing."  

That's it.  

Use whatever communication channel you last used: Site message system, email, text, etc.

When her profile name is:   MsgMe2134567890  (Yes, I have seen this).  

When she uses terms like p4p, host, or bcd, etc., in her first 3 messages.

So this morning a couple of ghosts reengaged me without prompting. I guess they were shuffling through POT SDs. I guess this is really only my 3rd month on the site although it was spaced out over more than a year so I haven't had much experience being on the site over the long term despite closing with a ridiculous number of girls.

What do you guys do when you sense a pro? I usually just ask for their ad or menu when it's obvious so I can find reviews and decide like any other pro.

The semi pros are more of a pain, like strippers who regularly pass out business cards.  They usually want lots of money but you can't really tell if it's going to be worth it. I try to see them at their clubs first but most are actually kind of reluctant. Maybe they're catfishing me.  They are usually skilled in trying to keep me engaged though.

I view anyone who re-engages after a number of months of radio silence as a fake profile, designed to keep you re-upping your subscription. I have a few like that, am weeding them out...

That's not true in my experience.  The ones who ghost for months and reap[pear are exactly the kind of girl I like; they are fresh, newbies, and very nervous about the whole process.  Be patient with them, sometimes they come around.  My current sweetest fav is a girl I exchanged messages with on and off for 2 years before she agreed to meet me!

I've noticed some of my current and previous SBs, especially the normal girls, bouncing on the site at about the same times they text me. I definitely wouldn't write off a girl for intermittently disappearing. I would think that's more common with really hot ones.

immediately asking what sort of arrangement are they looking for.  If we are on the same page intimately, I tell them I have to have a "no expectations" first.  Then we set that up based upon mutual availability which could be from a week to 10 days away.  I've been pretty fortunate with this route.  Actually, I find that my ghosting and them ghosting is just about at the same rate, as I tend to go with local 7s even after talking with an out of time 9.  Just easier to work out.

Agree... there are any number of reasons why a POT SB will ghost for a time, especially the newer/younger ones. I have a POT now that is in this category. I saw her for a 1st meet dinner about 3 months ago. It went well and we talked about past arrangement experiences. We parted with the expectation of a 2nd date to talk about OUR possible arrangement options but two things happened: First I had a family issue that took me out of the Sugar Bowl completely for 4 weeks.  Second, she had ghosted me at the same time.  

A month after our 1st meet, she texted me from her email (not her phone) that she had lost her phone and had a new number, please text her there. I texted the new number, apologized for my radio silence, explained my family issue and asked for a new meet. She agreed.  

We met again and I suggested we move forward to BCD. She said she wasn't ready and asked to meet one more time to blah, blah, blah... I agreed.   I should mention at this point that she is 23, absolutely hot body (TER Petite 10, my fav) but maybe a 7 face.
