Relative the the question posed a few threads down, I have often thought of asking some of my ladies to have a pic. Knowing you, and your open-ness, you'll say "hell yea, go for it".
I guess the best way would to just put it out there, but maybe you, or others, may have some suggestions on *approach*.
You can always ask, but I doubt the majority of your requests will be honored. Most ladies have a website with easily downloadable photos and they will probably refer you to them.
An escort is generally very protective of her "graven image," since she could end up having no control over its use. In addition, if she has a blurred face or headless body shots on the Net, chances are she will not give you a full-face photo or let you take one. We have to remember that anything associated with illegal activities [yep, that would be sex for money] is a sensitive issue.
So yes, ask. Maybe there are some escort-activists out there who don't mind, or just some friendly souls who understand your appreciation of their beauty.
I mean, of course, probably not a full facial shot. I was thinking more like maybe a shot of the derrier or a length wise shot with her head turning away...

I think that most ladies would decline. For some NOT all men, would just as much enjoy the pictures and NOT the women in person.
I have at least 50,000 unique visitors to my website that are repeat vistitors and I haven't heard from 2% of them. They just randomly visit my site and enjoy my pictures.
I have thought of asking for a pic, but haven't yet. I don't expect a provider to give me a pic because I know they are very concerned about their privacy. Maybe after a long period of time, and trust has been built up it could be a possibility, but I'm not counting on it, and I doubt I'd ever actually ask.
I once asked a provider if I could take some pictures of her in some sexy lingerie that I bought for her. She was more than willing to pose and I got some great pictures. I sent her a set as well and she was very appreciative. Even though she left the business a year ago and moved back to Russia, the pictures are a very fond memory of our time together. I would never post her pictures on the internet or show them to anyone. But they provide special memories for me. I will always treasure them. She is a very special lady.
Over the past few years I have done photos FOR various ladies with websites.
In each and every case I have asked if I might retain some of the pics to use as examples. If the answer is "No" then a disc is cut for them and my drive earased.
None of the pics would be any different than you might find by cruising any Lingerie site.
This is just another level of trust that you either have with someone or you don't. Not much different than sharing other personal info.
So, to answer your question, I'd attempt to examine the level of trust you have with the lady or ladies before you ask.
In many instances, when I've gotten to know providers, we've taken pix...this has been more like what civilians do, tho . . . lol..like last week at the Statue of Liberty....
When you propose taking pics with a lady (I'm assuming that was your question, otherwise why not just pull one from her site?)... suggest that it to be done with HER camera.
This is the only way I've let friends take pics of me. With my camera. Then I can blur my face or delete the ones that make me cringe. THEN I can forward you what I am comfortable with, feeling 100% secure with what is floating around out there. ; )
She may say no, but the more control and power you offer her over the images, the more likely your request will be entertained.
