Typically, I might get 1-3 messages a day, but the past few days I'm getting 10-12. Funny, it's actually making it hard to respond to all of them! I don't leave my profile up, so all are from POTs - it's just I can't ever remember having so many respond back in the positive sense.
I've got an off-and-on rotation of 4-5, so basically just looking for a super star to fill in. Not that I won't run out of financial resources well before then, but I never believed I should pass on that much money to the kids anyway LOL
It could be seasonal (girls seeking holiday cash) or emerging from covid. Also maybe guys are retrenching a bit for the holiday season (I am) so the supply-demand ratio is skewed.
Makes sense, Christmas is around the corner and gifts are expensive. It's also college break time. They're settled in and have a chance to explore. Also some people are more lonely this time of year during the holiday season. Especially if they are now more away from family than when they were younger.
I'm way too tired, having been traveling internationally the past month, to even want an invite to Thanksgiving, but I can see why the girls might feel left out if they are in college and didn't get an invite somewhere.
I also remember that the Christmas/Thanksgiving days are depressing for some.
