I thought it would be cool to have market specific threads where we could talk about trends, prices and maybe even basket cases or repeat ghosts.  

HOLY CRAP the market is good in OC/LA now. I have like,  5 DDG super petite potentials lined up after just two days back on SA. I was going to take it easy for a few months because I had a sizeable harem, but didn't want to miss back to school time. Seems that was a good bet.  

My big problem now is what to do with the existing harem.  

Any other OC daddies want to talk about the last week or two?

is a real thing!  I can't speak about the OC, although I like your idea of geographically specific posts. But here in my market I know of several  SBs who are currently trying to raise money to pay their sorority dues! I intend to help them as much as possible.

We should be proud putting so many young women through school while giving them lessons in business and negotiation.
