This may only apply to unmarried, SD's here, as I assume married guys are fundamentally paranoid about sanitizing their environment after BCD.

But for the rest, I was just getting my place cleaned up for my afternoon rotation, and I noticed there's a used sponge and it's wrapper in my bathroom wastebasket. My cleaning service only comes once every two weeks. So this bit of "inconvenient truth" is till sitting there. It was a simple thing to move the artifacts to my trash cans outside, but it made me think about those more subtle little things that might give a clue to those more suspicious SB's who may be looking...

For example, as I look around my bathroom with a refocused eye, I notice the following, easily correctable conditions:
1. The stack of "guest bath towels" on the top shelf of my towel rack has only one towel - it usually has three.
2. The plastic toothbrush holder with the pink toothbrush in it is laying next to an almost depleted mini-tube of Colgate. This is a problem because today's SB uses the tube with the blue toothbrush and left an almost full tube last time she was here.
3. Local restaurant food containers delivered by DoorDash in my kitchen trash cans represent way too much food for just me. It's clearly enough for three large items (salad and two entrees) and there are no leftovers in my fridge.

Now I make a point of never demanding exclusivity from an SB, while I imply that I intend to remain exclusive without ever actually promising to be exclusive. Still, my experience is that no SB wants to be thought of as sloppy seconds, or thirds.
.
So now:
1. Bath towel restored
2. Appropriate toothbrush and full tube laid out as expected
3. Kitchen trash can emptied
.
And now I'm all set for a 6-10 hour romp.

But what level of diligence do you exercise when an SB is due to visit?

To be clear for those who think I'm "worried" about being caught, I am not. If an SB straight up asked me if I'm seeing someone else, I would say yes. Lying is generally a bad idea, IME. So my precautions are more about ensuring she has no reason to ask, rather than trying to "prove" she's the only woman I'm fucking.

However, while I do not lie, there are methods to deflect a conversation I don't want to have. If she makes a comment like, "I'll bet your having fun with someone when I'm not here," I can deflect that by reminding her I've never been an expert at juggling multiple partners, and it's not something I want to do. This is not a lie; I am certainly not an expert and I really do not want to do so. That fact that I do juggle multiple women does NOT mean I am an expert or that I WANT to do it. It would be much easier to order up a SB date like I can get a lap dance at a strip club. So, I deflect and move on...
.
The technique is rather simple, really: If our discussion happens to wander into areas that may involve another SB, I always speak of any experiences or issues in the past tense. Note that I define "past" any way I want. If I was balls deep in my Asian Unicorn's ass yesterday and today's SB asks me if I've ever had anal, I say something like "well, there was a girl I was seeing a while back who wanted to try it..." She does not need to know that "a while back" = 15 hours ago. :p
