I got booted from SA so I ended up on SB (sister company). They have the ladies record a quick video without makeup apparently.  On a large number of profiles it's hard to believe that the lady in the video is the same one in her profile pics with makeup.

Totally agree.  Some are next to impossible to believe their photos are them. If I showed up to a date based on the photos... YiKES!
My own photos I use are representative of me. I include casual photos that show me as I am.
This also highlights providers who post every day selfies in addition to their glamour shots. I totally get the glamour photos in terms of marketing. But I've had some dates with provide s where the girl in the glam shots looks not much like the girl with me at dinner.
The SB videos are really telling.

While I haven't seen the videos on SB that you mentioned, I've def seen dates irl who look nothing like their posted pics.  I believe totally in WYSIWYG, so I've posted pics of myself that actually look like me.  I wish all the females would do the same.

There's a well reviewed pro on TER that I  wouldn't touch if she paid me. Lol. She opened the door and I said sorry. Not gonna happen.
