There is a lesbian who frequents the boards; her username is WebTerrorist. Other than that, we have had SO's/wives/female partners of hobbyists ask questions on this very board. As to women in general - particularly those who label themselves feminists, are politically engaged, or religious conservatives - many would not approve of commercial sex work, including Red Tantra for sale; hence, they stay very far away from sites such as this one, regardless of their sexual orientation.
Of course, one could be politically correct and make no assumptions, but I will assume the position and say that this is a site targeted mainly toward the sexual needs of hetero males and the female-born females and/or transgender women who provide sexual services to said gentlemen. But there is absolutely nothing that prevents a LBTQ female hobbyist from obtaining a username and writing reviews. Or posting on the boards, for that matter. Your opinion as a consumer is very valid and would receive the same courtesy and consideration as the rest, regardless of your gender.
FYI, this board is a psychosexual Q and A board. Any opinions, comments or solicitations for the same should go on the General Discussion or the regional boards.
Enjoy the activities and be sure to post a review if you liked your services,

Greetings all
First some background, then a question:
I'm new to the 'hobby'. I lost my hobbyist virginity with a FBSM provider who was absolutely lovely. And I saw her twice before, upon some reflection, realized a more mature provider, with a tantric focus was more my speed and now, having found this fabulous and amazing woman, I feel no need to look further. If it 'ain't broke---don't fix it.
Given the peacefulness, playfulness, creative boost, sexual satisfaction and overall sense of well-being I'm left with after a session, my next decision was to incorporate this into my life on a regular basis; which I have done, and I could not be more pleased with my choice of provider, or myself for allowing myself this indulgence.
That said, looking back to the not too distant past in which I was experiencing curiosity as to what seeing a provider might entail, I'm laughing at myself a bit (and feeling extraordinarily lucky) that my entrance into this went as smoothly as it did. At that time I was not aware of all of the valuable resources available to find quality providers with reviews etc....I will attribute my fortune in finding two! classy providers without these resources to good 'ol fashioned dumb luck.
But, having found some of these resources now, I find this particular board quite fascinating; many intelligent questions, always intelligent, thoughtful answers and LG, I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of your responses and advice. And based largely on the comfort level that gives me, I have decided to pose a question on this board.
Here's my question: Am I the only woman around here, who is not LG, and not a provider? Or am I really a tiny lone fish a great big sea?
It makes me a little sad to think us girls are letting the boys have ALL the fun.

'Tis a pity. Speaking as a politically aware, lesbo feminist who believes few truer words were ever spoken in the sack than “the more the merrier”-- and even, on rare occasion, enjoys a foray over to the dark side (hetero-sex, I say burn the labels with the bras and bring on the Red Tantra!.
Thank you Love Goddess for appeasing my curiosity .
Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.
Hi Hotplants, no I'd say you aren't the only fish in the sea, but perhaps more like one of a few palm trees on a south sea island. (Otherwise known as paradise.)
I'm a TS woman, and a provider, but I've been in similar situations. I think the challenge with seeing a provider as a woman is finding the right ladie who can separate out the "provider to male hoobbyist" mindset we tend to develop.
Conversly as you are probably aware the lesbian personals community while it can be fulfilling often comes with baggage that may not be compatible to your lifestyle. (Relationship and emotional needs of the other, etc.)
There are quite a few female providers who enjoy the chance to enjoy the sensuality of another woman.
Though it sounds like you have found a great arrangement with a nice friend and so long as she satisfies your needs I'd say count your blessings and enjoy.
Hugs,
Ts Jamie
