Let her know that next time, no cell phones during the festivities, or the deal is off.

Yes, that would be a definite turn off for sure.  

 
I am sure I got that part wrong and that she was only texting during the M&G part of your date, and I am like you, if the date immediately leads to BCD, I "might" put up with it for 5-10 minutes or so before saying something snarky. I would most likely say something not too snarky to begin with like "If you have something that is really THAT important we can do this another time if you'd like" It's not really snarky, but it should serve as a wake up call to STOP to all but the most obtuse of women

Usually they might want to text their safety friend that she's ok. If it turns into a texting diarrhea I'll ask them to stop. Unfortunately that doesn't work because they'll go to the bathroom with their phone.  

Once my current SB left last week I checked SA and calculated she had checked SA when she went to the bathroom naked post coitus !  I usually don't call them out as it doesn't help any

I'd agree that a few minutes to let friends know she's busy for a while seems reasonable.  Beyond a few minutes ...

Is she agreeable to light bondage? Is she a sub?

Do something to tie up her thumbs or texting fingers (Chinese finger trap?). Tie her hands loosely behind her back. Put her phone on the dresser or some place visible but out of reach - torture, for some!

Spend more time "in her face" or mouth  ... unless she can text without looking at the screen.

but I haven't had all that much trouble with it. One thing I always tell my prospects is that when we are together we'll devote 100% of our attention to each other. That implies no cell phones bcd. Some of them understand.

I once had a date with a "pro." She was on her phone texting while I was trying to get acquainted. We finally got naked and were playing around. I went down on her and at one point looked up and she was texting again.  I've always been complemented on my skills so I don't think that was the issue. I got dressed and left.  

I sent a message to the agency and they did have the decency to give me a free session, with one of the owners who made it all up to me.
